  1. Same here exactly! lol
  2. I have just been listening to "Life in Technicolor II" and the following verses come to mind. This is for everyone affected by the Brussels attack: There's a wild wind blowing Down the corner of my street Every night there the headlights are glowing There's a cold war coming On the radio I heard Baby it's a violent world Oh oh love don't let me go Won't you take me where the street lights glow? I can hear it coming I can hear the siren sound Now my feet won't touch the ground
  3. The thing is: I think they are aware of that. I watched a "Google Hangout" interview with Guy and Will. It's not on YouTube or anything, but I have the video (not sure where I got it) and there's a point where one of the interviewers says, "Describe the evolution of Coldplay, because you guys have changed quite a bit since I first saw you on stage." Guy's response: "I think that's true. A lot of people don't like the music we make now, compared to our first albums. But a lot of people like the music we make now and don't like our first albums. So we're in a difficult position, really, now. I think we always try and do something different. It's interesting to try and push boundaries and to explore different influences in our music and I think we'll continue to do that. So who knows what our music will sound like in 5 years or so." Then another interviewer says, "So there will be another album, since you're talking 5 years..." Then Guy: "Well, I hope so. We're not really thinking beyond the next tour, really, but I'd like to think that. Well, we're enjoying ourselves, so that's the main thing." I have to say, this was the most interesting part of the interview :)
  4. Haha, I'm pretty sure he meant that what you described is also his experience :)
  5. I don't understand the obsession with sending a letter / trying to influence the band to do music one way or another. Chris and the boys are not stupid. They know exactly what kind of sound they want. They are musicians. The music they play characterizes their personality at the moment. Isn't it a bit arrogant to give that kind of advice to them when they've been making music without our advice for the past 7 LPs? I'm not suggesting that we must be happy and fully accept everything (we don't do that anyway, since we prefer one song over another, one album over another, etc.), but this whole send-a-letter-of-complaint idea is stupid.
  6. Ok guys, here you go! Which ONE other song belongs on this list? 15. Actually I'm not sure. I have found some lyrics, but no actual song. Ok, let me go with Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground.
  16. So after looking around for a little while, here are some answers that would make sense: Animals? Everything's Not Lost? Careful Where You Stand? Bright New Dawn? How You See the World (1 or 2)? Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground? The Nappies? You Only Live Twice?
  17. Birds? "Come on rage with me"
