I don't know how many of you guys follow Linkin Park, but many fans don't like the single they've released today. I myself seriously think that One Direction can do better than that. But whatever, just goes to show that you don't need Stargate to make something bad. The bigger issue is for the band not go into the "easy route" of carelessly putting together same-old same-old. This is why it's not necessarily a good thing if Coldplay releases the EP as soon as possible. I'd rather have them take their time to do all the hard work and release something of substantive quality. We all know that Coldplay operate best when they have enough time to work on the album. If they would have given AHFOD another year of work, it would've turned out massively better. Even Coldplaying user @MC01Coldplay, after having spent 1 year editing AHFOD, made a significant improvement on it. (In case you haven't listened, check it out here - it's the only version of AHFOD I listen to nowadays.) So all this to say: I really don't even mind if they release the EP in December. Take your time, Coldplay. But of course, I will still be checking the ASCAP website for any updates because I'm still as excited as all of you ;)
