  16. Ecuador lost 3-0 against Colombia because Colombia is by no means a shitty team. Also, the heat in Barranquilla is brutal, speciually after playing a game at 2800 meters three days before that. Also, Ecuador, in the qualifiers has beaten Argentina AND Brazil and is currently in third place in the CONMEBOL qualifiers. US and Mexico's 5th and 6th places are not deserved. BTW Colombia beat Mexico in the Gold Cup
