It would have been awesome if coldplay played Politik at live 8. I think out of Coldply's song it is the one that most applies to the live 8 cause. "open up your eyes" I don't think that in my place was a good choice

chris' lyrics bring the album down. Musically, every member of the band has improved a lot but Chris' lyrics are not nearly as good as those in parachutes and AROBTTH. Here is some proof of bad lyrics "You cut me down a tree and brought it back to me and that's what made me see where I was going wrong" 1. he uses the three most rhymable and overused word in elementary school poetry. tree me and see. 2. How the hell can these lyrics make sense? Just read the first two lines. How can that be possible? and the las line just doesn't belong. how does being cut from a tree make someone see where he/she is going wrong?
