hey...you never know... leaks are very unpredictable. Some 3 weeks prior (like Weezer's latest) or 3 months early like Radiohead's Hail to the Theif. You NEVER know! :D

i got a Motorola MPX200 as my cell phone. You can hook it up directly to your PC via USB and upload pictures, mp3s, movies or whatever you want. I got a 512mb SD card in mine, so I keep my coldplay tunes handy... :)

Leaks are inevitble. They always get leaked no matter what. Whether it's someone mixing the tracks, to the distributors, or even someone that works as a janitor at one of the major labels. it will happen. i promise.

Overall, you will never find anything special on a P2P network. When X&Y is leaked, it will be pretty obvious when everyone is joining the boards asking for links as new posts (and when you're PMing someone for them) :)

it's not leaked. those types of tracks have been on all of the lame P2P networks for a while now. If it's legit, its on IRC or on BitTorrent (unless its Live/bootleg stuff)
