If the Sabres lose I won't care. They're battered and worn out, but I'm confident we'll kickass next year. Nice. If Buffalo doesn't make it, I want Edmonton to finish off Carolina. They totally deserve to win after beating the number 1, 5 and 6 seeds. After all they were the first 8th seed to reach the Conference Finals, and likewise the Stanley Cup Finals--why not make it all the way?

Yikes is anyone watching the Edmonton game? 1st period they were outshot 25-6, then they came back to score 3, but it's still 5-3 Ducks. Can't wait for the last period. Oh hey Briggins you like OLP. Don't you think that Tallinder kinda looks like Duncan Coutts a little? I definitely do.

I'm also cheering for Edmonton This really sucks though. We lost Tim Connolly to a hit and Dmitri Kalinin (with a broken ankle) in Game 2 against Ottawa and Teppo Numminen left some time during Game 1 versus Carolina with a groin injury and now Henrik Tallinder apparently broke his arm on a seemingly harmless hit. :( He's our best defenseman and one of my favs on the team, and now we're down 3 defensemen... :cry:

Yessir! I had a creative buzz and cut of the sword from the Sabres' alternate logo and pasted it over the Hurricanes. Too bad we gave up game 2 so easily. :( We better get our game in shape or we're not going anywhere... except back to Carolina to lose 1-4. EDIT: Aww cmon briggins! Edmonton won enough Cups with Gretzky...Buffalo could really use one. :D

I don't. We wasted Ottawa, and Carolina's worse than they were. The Edmonton / Anaheim game is amazing though. 2-1 Oilers after 40. I'm hoping they pull through again! :D
