We used to have to take the escarpment to go home each christmas. (Its basically the wall of the rift valley) You could see miles and miles into the rift valley. So gorgeous

Lets see I speak/Write -Turukana -Masai -English -Swahili And a couple other local african dialects. I am learning french but i suck at it :lol:

Ahh man i miss the savannah. I love the pic! I dont have much to remind me of what i left behind. I never though ahead i guess

lol We used to travel to north turukana(which meant going across the country)each christmas. We got into lots of chases since we had to cut through natural parks etc. I bet it was fun. It must have been such a change from what you are used to.

Ahh man i used to live close by! We went to lake nakuru where you can see the flamingos quite often. You are bringing back memories :cry: Did you go alone or was it a family thing?

Really? When? Where did you go? Yeah its a nice place. Winter made me miss it so so much more.
