I agree. I loved Live 2003, because it portrayed them as the normal guys they are. Doing something like that again would be even better this time around as they seem to be much less intimidated by the cameras and attention, so they'd be more...what's the word..."free" or "themselves"?? And having them interviewed in their dormitory room in UCL...that would be awesome! Like you said, a walk down memory lane...perfect! This is getting me all excited! I can't wait to know what it's all about! :D

The fake rose is actually a poppy, and it's not really a fashion statement from Chris, so don't worry. It's actually worn as a symbol of "remebrance" of the end of WWI, hence Remembrance Day. It's not cute, I agree, but it's thoughtful.

Ya, I don't think they'll win Best Song. James Blunt's song was a lot bigger in terms of popularity than SOS. Besides, to be completely honest and un-bias, we have to admit that SOS isn't CP's best song. Maybe if Fix You was up for Best Song, then I'd argue that it HAS to win! But SOS...I wouldn't be so disappointed...

I agree. It's really what's on MTV and in commercial magazines the most. I mean, look at Best Alternative: System of a Down???? I would've gone for Bloc Party definitely, but the problem is that Bloc Party weren't on MTV half as much as that horrible SoaD song! I think I feel better already :cool:

On a lighter note, Borat makes me laugh and "Talk" was pretty good :D What made it EXTRA special though was our very own Jonny finally taking the spotlight (that he sooo deserves!) and walking across that stage...ALONE!! Jonny should do that more often!! :P

I hate green day. I'm sorry, but they just don't deserve best album!!! First of all, it wasn't even released in 2005, so technically it's not "Best Album of 2005". I hate being so pessimistic, but if GD went off with Album and Rock, then they'll go away with Group as well. I have a very very bad feeling Coldplay aren't gonna win anything, and this will seriously put me in the WORST mood...because they deserve it!!!!!!

I love Fix You, but I'm kind of ready for a new song right now. I got so sick of The Scientist when it was out cuz they kept on playing it over and over again: on the radio, on tv, they'd perform it wherever they go. I love it now once again, but that's cuz I'm not forced to hear/watch it everyday. Same with Fix You. I'm really ready for Talk now. I haven't seen them in concert, but I'm sure it's one of the best on the setlist when performed. PLEASE! Perform Talk!

Hmm...it's High Speed for me, definitely, but I still believe that Parachutes is 45 seconds of absolute bliss. My heart breaks everytime the song ends so quickly, but I'm happy at the same time...cuz that's the mood the song puts me in. The rawness of the guitar, the lyrics, and how short it is...they all make you wish it was just a bit longer; but you know it's perfect just the way it is. It fascinates me!

The title's "The Great Pretender". What that's referring to, I have no idea! lol! I'm definitely checking out the shop the next time I'm in London!! One of my friends, who's doing work experience in the fashion industry, told me that quite a few people have been talking about Jezebell where she works, and they're saying lots of good stuff too. So I guess that must mean it's gonna be a "good" boutique if the people working in the fashion industry themselves are praising it.
