Which do you prefer? Although I do love the intensity of a good mint, when it melts away I never enjoy the taste in my mouth. Gum, now that's another thing. I chew gum regularly throughout the day. Plus, it keeps your breath fresher longer. I had this strawberry/banana gum today from Extra. It was pretty damn good. Anyways, sorry for this random thread. You all have a good night.

The education speech was pretty mundane. I do not see what the fuss was all about.

His coolness factor didn't cost him any votes that's for sure. I 'm alright with Obama, he was not my first choice for president. I'll defend him as best I can(It's been pretty hard lately.)

Mark can have strong opinions. He's always been chill with me though. I am aware that is not the case with everyone though.

I generally prefer melancholic and melodic music. Sometimes depressing music can be quite cathartic.

I know other people who are like that. Their allergies can either get better or worse as they age. I used to be super allergic to dairy. Now, I can have it no problem. I hope your cat allergies don't worsen.

Yikes. If I am around that many cats, I start getting asthmatic. Persian cats are the worst. The longer the hair on a cat, the worse.

They kill my eyes. It feels like I have sand in them if I touch a cat and then touch my eyes. Ouch.

Selling millions of records does not make a group. Many of their songs give me absolute chills. Listen to the last 2 minutes of Hope There's Someone and tell me if it isn't intensely beautiful. Their last album was bliss as well. Sometimes I hate it when a band hits it big.

Part of me still sees as Obama as this really cool guy. Maybe in over his head but trying to get his shit together. He probably has to think to himself, on a daily basis, holy fucking shit. What did I get myself into. Oh well. I sure hope he does some great stuff soon, otherwise it will be next to impossible to defend the guy.

I would love to get your take on it.
