  1. Hi everyone, I have this bucket list thing where I would love to be all the way in the front at a Coldplay concert at least once in my life. I never have trouble finding friends or family who like to go with me to Coldplay concerts but I can't get any of them crazy enough to wait all day long in front of the stadium ;). I was wondering if there are other people that have the same ambitions as me and that want to go the the newly announced Coldplay concerts in Amsterdam on the 15th and the 16th of July. I thought it could be fun if we can form a group to be at the stadium early and try to get to the front. Or maybe there is an already existing group that I could join? I understood tickets are on sale Thursday morning. Let me know, I'm in for all ideas!
  3. Ive been silenty reading along with you all for the last weeks because I didnt think I could add a usefull comment. But I thought now is a good time to say thank you to all of you! :heart:Without you I would have missed all the exciting news and fun. BBC radio 1 is on!

I'm so in love with this EP. Voodoo  Btw if anyone else really likes those African vibes, you should maybe also try the Johannesburg EP by Mumford & Sons

E-Lo is already on the dutch radio stations :D It came in first in the ITunes top 30.

Totally agree with you, you have to put it in the context. I've been to South Africa and Robben Island and this song actually moves me. It's going to fit beautifully at the Global Citizen Festival in Johannesburg. I wish I could be there
  7. I loved it! It was honest and funny and inspiring. I could have done another two hours. I kinda have the feeling now that we are missing out on lots of great songs because they are never released. Just a small note to the Dutch cinemas: please don't ever put dutch subtitles to Coldplay songs again :joy:
  8. Thank you so much!!! I enjoyed putting everything together and I'm really happy that you like it! Love to see everyone else's packages here as well, it gives me a real Christmas feeling :). I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and I wish everyone a lot of fun on New Year's Eve!
  9. Thank you very much! I The book is awesome!!
  10. Haha thanks to you I just did! Great idea!!
  11. Today I received a package all the way from Canada! It was stuffed with real Coldplay confetti (from the concerts of Buffalo 2016 and Toronto 2017 I learned from the card) That must have been amazing, I wish I'd been there! So nice to receive a part of it on the other side of the ocean. Also, If you never had real Canadian maple syrup, I suggest you try it. Already tried it on my pancakes today and it was delicious! Thank you so much BiggerStronger, you totally made my day!!!
  12. Currently singing along to the one and only number 1 of the Dutch Q-music top 1000 best songs ever, which is off course Fix you!!!!! Also Coldplay was the biggest supplier of songs, with no less than 18 songs in the top 1000!
  13. That is also a really good idea! If you are skilled in soldering, there is so many things you can do. Send us a picture how it worked out.
  14. I got my first one at the concert in Paris. Afterwards I googled it and I really liked the idea behind it. It sort of matches my idea that everyone can make the world a better place by small acts of kindness. Loved it that they send a kind message along with the buttons :) I wear mine on the laces of my sneakers and I get a lot of questions about them. Dutch people are in general very 'down to earth' so sometimes they find it a bit 'hippie' but most of them like it so I shared a few as well.
  15. I actually really like the differences between the albums. It gives you the oppurtunity to always listen to Coldplay, no matter what you're doing or how you are feeling. If I'm working outside or I need motivation I listen to the later albums and during early mornings in the train or when I need to calm down my head, I listen to the earlier albums. They wrote so many different songs, there is always one that fits what you're going through at that moment. When I read other people's opinions, I sometimes also think I'm sort of 'lucky' that I literally don't know anything about music. Honestly, sometimes I like a certain tune and I don't even know if it's the piano or the guitar  That means I can't really analyze the music, I can only close my eyes and feel it.
