  1. *puts hand up* it's amazing! superb song. superb is a crap word - but i can't think of anything BIG enough to describe how much i love it
  2. :surprised: wow!!! impressive... i'm somewhere along those lines too i think... and it gets better every damn time... i think i will just explode when they play it live :dead:
  3. me too :D i even love the title
  4. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D Actually so glad to see you back!! :nice:
  5. hahaha.... they're always a step ahead :laugh4:
  6. Insane is not politically correct. It is a derogatory term and as I'm sitting in a side tier - not high up might I add, but at the front, I take offence to this term as a personal insult. I do not like you. You're highly annoying and yet you've only joined this board. And yes, I do think sitting in the side tier is going to be better for the particular arena I am going to, because being "1metre away from the stage" would mean I would actually be standing staring at the black underside of the stage, probably looking right up at a 90 degree angle towards the roof. So yeah, side tier is better. P.S Oh and let me know how you get on at your Coldplay concert, won't you? Oh that's right... you didn't get a TICKET
  7. Boring. As a nurse I know there is no way forward without researching and making things better for everyone in order to progress in this life. the only impact you're making on this board is a persisting with a dull, monotonous argument about seats; I'm bored listening to you now.
  8. I agree with you here. I've been to standing gigs many times, Manic Street Preachers, Chili Peppers, U2, Feeder, Muse, Coldplay etc to name a few, and after discussing this topic with my brother, who is more of an Iron Maiden/Metallica etc. fan (lol), he says he's never been to a standing gig before but to him it sounds like we're going to me more entertained than the previous shows and he doesn't see why there should be such a problem with it for a Coldplay gig - last time I checked Chris Martin wasn't into crowd surfing. Coldplay started out in small venues with seating. It should still be all about the music
  9. Telling Coldplay what you think? what do you think they're going to do? Do you think your silly posts mean anything in the grand scheme of things? Ok if they actually read them, then they are not going to turn around and say.. "Ok, let's scrap all the tickets we've sold, release more and make people scramble for new standing ones. Again, Venues have a big part to play AGAIN, Take it up with a higher authority.
  10. aw cool!!! I never noticed.... That's great :D Yeah I still can't believe it.. Really looking forward to it, twill be the greatest Christmas present.. since December 2005! :laugh4:
  11. what are you talking about? We were all well aware that the UK gigs were seating only - it said so a few days in advance on the ticket websites. As as for 'accepting it', you don't want to see Coldplay at a gig with no designated standing area? Then don't go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simple as that. Stop WHINING and sell your ticket to someone else who will be happy no matter where they are, grow up and shut up and just realise that this is the situation. As someone else has already said, why not take your discrepencies to a higher authority instead of continually going around in circles on this board and annoying everyone who actually just wants to see Coldplay live.
  12. f Exactly. I'm so sick of all this whining.
  13. I will not be signing this petition. It's ridiculous. Keep up with the complaints guys and you can kiss goodbye to the band even putting on a decent performance or even cancelling, as whats the point playing to a bunch of people whose hearts aren't in the moment of just being there?!?!?!?!??!?!? Because they're sitting (which by the f*cking way does not mean you're glued to your seat all night), not standing? OH MY GOD. I believe this article will prove why standing is NOT always the best option. Cramming fans into a small space is probably something which has been discussed at length with venue managers, record companies and the bands. http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/dates/stories/april/15/newsid_2491000/2491195.stm
  14. Good for you :D :nice: My friend is also selling two tickets - If anyone wants them for 18th December btw :D - but he's got a conscience...
  15. what a load of shite. "the majority who get the crap seats feel resentful" HAHAHAHAHAH we got great seats in the side tier, looking right across at the stage. they're a million times better than standing in the Odyssey because you can actually see the band, instead of fighting for your life in a sweaty, rude and pushy crowd; who have ruined my standing gigs on more than one occasion.
  16. I know it's crazy and something really has to be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They're selling row 4 - -practically the front row!! for £570!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! enough exclamation marks won't solve the problem, but it makes me feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still can't believe people are evil enough to queue for such amazing tickets and then sell them this way. Greed!
  17. OMG... For anyone really desperate for Belfast tickets... here you are... seating, row 17... two tickets!! all for.... £517.50 :stunned: this is mental. who would actually pay for these?! https://www.getmein.com/Secure/PaymentSystem/DeliveryOptions.aspx?E=w7JhovMwQyZAlTReyK%2f4%2bqZrbhAnlwmI6tSFhzjZwcx3o7CDqJnT1rcIa1%2f6vjEWlMR9bWe1dGlCCXjMS8QXmBjqXM6lNiB1ONrZPCZbFQOVpmA0kiFLwrv6VwIfKwTY11LDoPGuATf%2bO0Nv3owvyoze2PgyFRnYCAknf%2frB2IPcu8ltq9s805zfkAiG%2fEMaew9B%2fh5bZo2A%2bK0vwU5K5zmU8qBQ%2f%2flKdA4eKQLGLaRuKneThlT4ttEnpPLRqKvx8azlyGSPWDSIn%2bXc84y4jVGgMnjk98C7mI14bhLLJc0kMYYx9%2fj8H80ytAvZHhkMgRgaMcMVjwmU%2f8Txqm4AFQ%3d%3d *edit* this one is just. not. legal. surely?!! https://www.getmein.com/Secure/PaymentSystem/DeliveryOptions.aspx?E=w7JhovMwQyZAlTReyK%2f4%2bqZrbhAnlwmI6tSFhzjZwcx3o7CDqJnT1rcIa1%2f6vjEWiAyIJHLDDqF9LBDriHkQU%2fVhFC%2fWokshNT8jdG8KwKlkkouvpcUf3OLVShFPTRrmZtQUeOQJkwCMC2lgBXU7FKTDMn5RP99el5a7D4d4hmseXY3US6Eb6bFQVDRAQFUR57h9MGKsm3Iotoyl%2fzrwRDWiIHoCqAMSI6Q8rNnkJOzwH%2bIjFpa37LsHP0Vd1tMsa1I09iFo4WPTYjvLjE%2fXs8ugBGUqCrYD%2f%2bRtxoRRWXPg2oblfj0Kb44X6sgoV6P5d9J%2fgmOoF%2bj73SBbmhJinQ%3d%3d :surprised:
  18. yeah good for you, that's dedication for you! :D
  19. oh nooooooooooooo Samantha, that is really sad! that almost happened to me thismorning... I don't think the internet ticket sites were quite ready for the massive surge of people! Maybe you'll be lucky enough to get a ticket between now and then? :)
