hello, i am obviously new and am useless at introductions so I shall fill in a couple of facts... i write, i play and listen to music, i live a rather relaxing life. I once had my own page at Wikipedia which was nice before the buggers went and took it down saying it wasn't 'notable'...bastards. not much else to say.

what variations are in the album version? If anything has variation it's the original, the album version repeats itself over and over again... :confused:

I know it's a teen show. ;) Telly seems kind of different to me in terms of soundtracking, don't know why...

Haha! I knew it! Which film?? When they played it a while or so before X&Y came out I rang my friend and told to wait for that track to end up being the background to some epic closing scene, or the final episode of a documentary when all the kids graduate and say final goodbyes and so on...

London (the good one ;)) Very close to the front of the "normal" section :snore: still pretty annoyed they segregated people from "VIPs" in this fenced off section for those who had paid or won a competition! Made for some crap ariel shots which surprisingly weren't shown on telly. Just a huge GAP between the two parties! Not pleased... :angry:

Not a problem! That program CANNOT fail, I practically swear by it. When it starts harassing you to register, simply re-install, quite simply. But yeah, MIGHT take a few minutes to get used to it, but you'll be doing EVERYTHING audio related on there. What are you editing or is it secret? :stunned:

Not moaning, and sorry if this has been mentioned before but I thought Coldplay said they'd never lend their music to film soundtracks?? What happened? :huh:

Not LOOKING for an argument but I think that's another problem I have with the NEW one! :stunned: It keeps to basically the same sequence the Computer Love riff is played over for the whole tune through verse to chrous to verse, until the end when it changes for a bit to the little instrumental break, then goes back! :snore:

Speed of Sound I loved at one point (still don't like the main riff) and then it just got played EVERYWHERE...so I always skip that on X&Y. Most I've heard apart from Speed of Sound in terms of promotion was 'Fix You' two days in a row on a Radio 1 show, which i rarely listen to since I rarely listen to the radio.

Am I the only person who saw the word APPLE RELIGION and just thought..."This is WRONG"?! :stunned:

I used to have Make Trade Fair written on a couple of school books, but when I filled those books and had to get a new blank book I stopped doing it since everyone assumed it was following Coldplay, which kind of got annoying...having people thinking I can't think for myself and so on. :huh:

Yes. Very bad. I LIKE to think I'm open minded and have been meaning to listen to Primal Scream for a while, but wasn't that impressed with their set. Then Bobby Gillespie swaggering around calling us all 'Fucking hippies' and throwing things around on stage when they were asked to leave was just pathetic. mc_squared, I thought they were too o.t.t. as well, sadly! I was hoping for a good show as well! :(

After "TO THE END OF THE LAST DAY" (I think) at 1:12 in, I always hear a little noise that sounds (under everything else) just like the little error noise you get on Windows XP when little message pops up! Someone please listen to it and let me know what they think...;) Not saying it's a sample of the sound, of course, just sounds like it...and I was listening to the track at 4AM in the dark and that sound just popped up! :P
