fans of Britain's big brother...
hell, yes i am thinking that in the above picture, Berryman bears a slight resemblance to Kamal...I'm not saying he looks like him 24/7, it's the hair and shirt. calm the hell down. ps. whereabouts did you 'warn' me?

If we're all in agreement about ONE thing concering Live8...
yeah, I noticed the Kraftwerk shirt as well...very glad 'Talk' didn't surface in the set that day, though.

I can't stand the bloody thing, but I'd like to point the rest of you British people in the direction of 'andrea's current avatar... does Berryman not look like Big Brother's Kamal to you in that photo?

Will Champion is going to be regretting wearing that scarf in 20 years time... Anyone who says it looked good is wrong and will realise, years later... ;)

Glastonbury 2005 - A poor performance?
Haha! Exactly where I was, pretty much centre, though one person behind the barrier. I was stuck next to the most awful couple...sort of people who go round with fake tan in their fucking fifties and the wife was singing TERRIBLY in my ear for the whole bloody set...!!! Nearly ruined a good show...thank god I moved a bit halfway through. You in any photos on the internet? I managed to find a picture with my hat, eyebrow and right eye in it... :smug:

What's in YOUR pants?
Pink Pussycat in my pants...

So I complained to McDonald's...
Yeah, the other day I grabbed a Chicken McNugget meal with fries and chocolate 'shake...one problem. It tasted like crap. Now, before we get started I am not open to people coming in saying... "WELL IT'S McDONALD'S!! WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?! BUH-ZIIING!!!" *high-fives jock buddies* ...so none of that. :shifty: Anyway, now to quote my email [which I've edited a fair bit just to get to the point...] Probably never going to eat there again, so that's taken care of anyone planning to post "If you don't like it, don't eat it" :smug: Now...the reason I post this is because I'd like to know... -Has anyone in the UK actually bothered complaining to McDonald's? Since, let's face it, there doesn't seem to be much point... -Is it worth the hassle? -What is the chance I'll get one of those compensationary vouchers or my money back so I can buy a proper meal? Discuss.

Favourite artist other than Coldplay?
Pink Floyd Radiohead U2 David Bowie Devo Polysics Jeff Buckley Coldplay don't really go in my top list, to be honest. Another album should seal it. ;)

Glastonbury 2005 - A poor performance?
I thought the sound was perfect. Whereabouts were you?
-
Do you like
Bloc Party are bloody fantastic. Great live band. i don't see why Coldplay liking a band should enter into one of their fans suddenly saying 'Oh, they're good...' (unless that person has no will of their own)
-
What's your fave U2 album??
Zooropa is an absolutely superb album, in my opinion. Perfect for the summer! :D

Glastonbury 2005 - A poor performance?
:idea2: Glass of champagne for THAT man!

What's your fave U2 album??
UBRS and "Wide Awake America" are just a bunch of live U2 songs. Nothing original/new on both of them. UBRS is an EP, Wide awake is not. UBRS is actually a live 'min-album'. It's Wide Awake in America that's an EP. Side One [of Wide Awake...] has two live tracks (one of which was actually recorded during a soundcheck with tacked on applause) and Side Two had two B-sides left from The Unforgettable Fire (The Three Sunrises and Love Comes Tumbling) which are both amazing, as is the Live version of Bad, but at the end of the day 'Wide Awake...' isn't really worth mentioning it in the poll because anyone who picks it over a proper album is, quite simply, mad... I've voted The Joshua Tree, my opinion swings from that, to Achtung Baby, on a frequent basis...

An idea about Talk...
Will do. :idea2:
