Bassist of Coldplay, Guy Berryman, destroyed his treasured Fender bass last night at a gig when he thought he saw Santa in the crowd. "It was insane. He just threw it down and ran off stage," Chris Martin, singer and bandmate said of the bassist's behavior. "It's bad too, because I just f*cked up a guitar last week. We can't afford to be busting up instruments every week." The bassist had no comment on the incident. PAH HAHA. Oh boy I could write for The Sun. :lol: :lol: :D

^ :lol: and has anyone noticed that lately Will has turned into a sort of secondary frontman? He talks alot in the Live Leak, Storytellers, 100% Coldplay... but other times he says hardly anything like on John Ross. But I found that interesting and pleasing! Especially since he has the most lovely speaking voice. :D

I have a recording of this and you can hear the guitar hit the stage and then Chris laughing like crazy. It's so funny.
