You should definately check out the Libertines. I'd say listen to them before Babyshambles, it gives you a gentler introduction to Peter's style ;) Particularly 'Music When The Lights Go Out' on their second, self-titled. Listen to that and really there's no going back. And pleeease judge the music. Shut your mind to the tabloids and things that maybe people on the internet/television say.
