hey thanks for the nice comments all. :)
I used my dad's old lens for his film camera (which is older than me )--it's the only one he let me bring to the concert, haha. It's 35-105mm.
Oh, and set the camera mode to TV since you'll have to keep changing the shutter speed manually as the lighting changes. The slower, the more light gets let in, but it's blurry. -_- The faster, the less light gets in, but it's a lot sharper. (sorry if I'm babying you and you already know this, lol)
Oh yeah, and set the ISO speed to 1600--the pictures will come out a bit grainy, but you can use a much faster shutter speed and still let in a bit of light that way.
I think it's about the same. :P
yeah I got caught when I was fiddling with the camera when I got in the venue. We were the only people there, litterally, since we got there the earliest, so the security noticed me right away. I thought cameras were allowed, but the staff told me otherwise--no cameras. :( The guy was nice enough to make me just put it away under my seat, so I did, and brought it out when the concert started.
and... yeah... i posted 'bout the lens. :P
thanks, heh. It's a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT. I gotta warn you though--it's about $1000 USD. o.o
haha, that'd be awesome! :wink3:
thank you. :D Yeah, i'm 14. I'll be 15 at the end of April. :)
heh, a great career? really? lol I just thought I had a nice camera. :smug:
wow. this is a long post.
