heh--that's great! :) I've yet to do any gigs, other than occasionally playing drums for the praise band at church for sabbath (or... sunday for most) school. It's boring though--i wanna play heavy metal shit :lol:

After seeing people with NOTHING at all that still have a cheerful outlook on life, you seem a bit... spoiled, eh? I've never really been that poor, but I have been stripped of everything but the necessities when I went on a trip to do some mission work around New Orleans... (actually, I had all the necessities like food 'n shelter 'n stuff, but I didn't have clean clothes for 3 days, and the water we drank was, uh, brown. :lol:) ...and, as I posted earlier in this thread, I felt the happiest over there. With no cable (actually, no TV at all), sleeping in a tent, doing manual labor everyday... I think as long as you have clothes, food, shelter, and friends and people that love you, life really won't suck that bad... I think you'll have those things. ;)

You'll find that you'll be happier without those things, :lol:. I sure was... on the mission trip to the gulf coast where we didn't have jack sh** was probably the week where I was most carefree and happy. :) And... eating fast food ain't that healthy anyways, heh.

Of course I like X&Y... cuz it's Coldplay... but I don't know much about HTDAAB. I've only listened to a few songs, and most of those I didn't like. :/

He sang a lot better at the concert on the 4th in LA than he did in the one I saw in Irvine in August--I'm guessing it's because the concert I was just at was near the opening of the second leg... or... cuz the crowd was completely awesome. :) But I listened to the concert on KROQ 2 days after the one I went to, and his voice kept cracking. :/ I don't know...

AROBTTH was a much better album, IMO. :)
