I used to think the universe is fake and in a way I still do. because I believe in God I believe the only place we can exist is in God's imagination. We aren't really real... In other words, we aren't perfect... er... that's not the greatest explanation....

time is a concept just like the number one is a concept. they're not things that we can touch, but they are real in the conceptual world.

well, what I mean is... you play truth or dare with a friend and you pretend to enjoy kissing them, when is it no longer a joke and you really do want to kiss them? or... when you're joking about having sex, when does it stop being a joke and become reality?

we can record time with memories or words ... time travel is impossible. the only way to change time in my mind is to destroy it and the only way I believe that's possible is to erase the existence of anything that changes. I would look at time as change. If there is no change there is no time. but as long as there is or will be change time exists. We are ALWAYS seeing things that have ALREADY happened... Look at the stars, they are billions of light years away and we see them. It's no amazing thing to see them. I don't believe we will ever be able to see the past of the earth as in millions of years ago because we would need something that would travel much faster than the speed of light that could relay the recording back to us... The most reasonable time travel we have is just looking at what we have right now and determining what things were like before.

a joke and reality... I think I joke too much and I am afraid one day I may be in a situation where we act like it's just a joke but it really could be a serious thing.

Well I have to admit sometimes I look at this thread to look at people's faces and stuff. I don't know why, but for some reason I like to see and see what people wear, :P these are some of the sexiest faces I think... but I think this guy wins :rolleyes:

well if I have to be unjustly arrested to save the lives of 1000 people then I would admit it works and is something that should be used. I don't think they're going to just arrest anyone and listen for just any phone conversation about whatever private things people talk about. I do believe the ideas could be improved but I'm not 100% against it like some people.

we need someone to plant some flowers, that would make things look better.
