Im still not too fond of ATB(maybe cause of the title :laugh4:). I loved it at first listen, now im sort of not liking it, maybe I'll give it another go :nice: My top 3 favs so far: BW/BV(Looove it), No Cars Go(seriously perfect performance:stunned:) and Ocean of Noise :heart:. Black Mirror is fabulous and its better to hear iot when its dark, it becomes all creepy.

Well Im a musical "libertine" and heck I can listen to whatever right? No matter the style or genre or whatever category it falls into. Who makes up all this rules like, if you listen to this then listen to that.... That's really...stupid. Just plain stupid. Music is music, not some guidelines as to what do do or how to dress, people! :rolleyes: I know this doesnt really relate, but is it just me or does it bother you when people can put a label on you?. I would hate it if people could say "Ey, you are a (insert stereotype here)". Peter, yes total Renaissance artist. Love the comparison to Wilde, because he sort of is. Wilde was and is still widely criticized, and Peter gets picked on too and that's only one field they relate to one another(I can infer you know what I mean :wink:)

Totally! :D With Peter, yeah he can miss shows and all, but HE misses the show. He doesnt have people handling his business, like as you said he is some sort of demi-god. Gosh, Pete can decide whether he does things and if we feel disappointed with him, its with HIM. I dunno if Im explaining myself. I think if at some point in life you have "people" that do stuff for you, that automatically sets the narcissistic gene inside you(and I really mean this, excuse me :smug:) And I feel that's how it was before yanno, back in the like renaissance days. Artists, painters, whatever was your craft...you were approachable. I mean seriously, just because you can sing, dance, write, whatever and have fame oh and have money that fills up your head with bullshit? :rolleyes: Oh hun, dont even get me started with Cp fans, fake fans that is. I dunno if its their managment, whatever it is, that sense of closeness and intimacy that I felt on the older albums is quiclky fading. Before it was like you could relate to everything that they said and did, every interview it was like OMG they are awsome. People could photograph with them, have a chat, they are human beings after all. But now, god, only the select few can get that close, and its not even that worth it :huh: (and I dont only mean what happened to you, Steph and Kara. I was nice and all, but not great. That's why I doubt I'll want to meet him...I dont want to disappointed :bigcry:) Hell, I dont listen to music because Im friends with the members or anything but fuck they arent THAT different than any other person. You expect it from some bands like Oasis to be one of those arrogant bands and accept it anyway because they ARE and have always been unapproachable, but Coldplay? :o I mean I see the way it is with other bands, maybe that's why I like indie, the artists arent like some weird deity. There's that closeness issue, they are approachable. I see how Steph has met lots of members, and it might be due to the location too, but Im not sure if you can have a chat and take pics and all with Coldplay. I felt kind of the same when I went to my shows. I loved them, I truly did, but I really would have loved to be up front. Not lots of people who barely knew them or a bunch or rich kids and their parents, or worse some drunken couple who think Politik is romatic :wreck:, yanno? Dont even get me started on the DVD?
