Sorry for the delay with the blog entries lately. I just bought my new computer, and I have been setting it up, etc. Anyway, I wanted to discuss Jacques' letter that was recently posted on our fanclub site. Jacques had been thinking of leaving the band for several months, partly to pursue photography, and he felt that now was the right time to do so. Alex, Sam, Jeff and I all respect his decision, and we wish him the absolute best in his future endeavors. There are no hard feelings between any of us about the decision. (He the will be missed, of course, but the band still lives on.) As a matter of fact, everyone is in high spirits and ready to show the world what we're made of. (Mostly blood and guts, but also some other stuff. Humor me.) And to answer all the email I've received, Jacques will NOT be replaced. I am taking over on background vocals with Sam, and Alex and I are taking care of the guitar parts. So, yes, we're a four-piece band now. We've been rehearsing lately and it actually sounds pretty f**kin' good! Again though, judge for yourself by catching a future live show of ours. So hopefully this clears JB's departure up a bit.
