yeah...the legal age in the US is 18 and with a legal guardian if you are under 18...same with peircings... I do have a smaaaall tattoo...but I don't know about getting ones like the angel wings...those are like...reall BIG! but I would want a bigger one :huh: if I had the guts you know...because i would not want to get a real tattoo...(by real i mean big one that shows all the time) Mine does not show unless I have a bathing suit on :wink: mari: wouldnt those wings look super sweet if they were a tad bit bigger?! :D

people with tattoos in tribute to Elliott ...sweeeetttt I like the butterfly one :wink: Elliott has two known tattoos...one on his right arm of Ferdinand the Bull he said once that he got it because of the story behind Ferdinand the bull and how he was so happy doing his own thing the other one is on his left arm ... is of a state with a star on the city he lived in..which he hated ( i forget which one) I think it was of Texas with a star because he suffered alot there. he explained getting that tattoo by saying that when he looked at his arms in the mirrors ..it reminded him of something bad he never wanted to be... and that thought made him happy http://www.muzieklijstjes.nl/Tips/smitheEitherOr.jpg

indeed. I think that in their own genre...both fit well... Like with pop Coldplay is # one there. But with something in a style that has no name (Radiohead) they are # one...and you either like them or you don't simple as that

Okay okay Nik here is what I will give you from the albums...which ALL i own :D Either/Or the title itself is something poetic because it is something used in debates kinda like :thinking: to reject a statement... anyway he used to be in this heavy metal band called: heatmiser...then he quit it (i forget why..but mostly to do his own thing) and he also did not like that his old band had the DIY (Do It Yourself) because when you do it yourself and don't have additional help you end up settling for second best in producing your album so he had the idea that DIT (Do It Together) would be much better if it meant making a better album...BUT not letting producers change your style (which Elliott said is a really tough thing to do) OH SO MUCH TO SAY! So either/or ... he put his first album together basically from scratch and he did vocals and acustics seperatly then spun them together. by himself. Alameda is a simple song that I like alot and I wish that the style he used in the first album had stuck on to the next. All of the tracks are raw and simple...but at the same time...elegant because of his voice which seems to just ..be carried amongs his guitar melodies Angeles is said to be about drugs (and many stupids say that most of his songs are about drugs :rolleyes: when this is not true. ) I dont think Angeles is about that .. I think it's about the whole go-to-California- and-make-it-big mentality. so he used the word Angeles as in Los Angeles, California...and that in Cali, if you were not careful ...you might make bad deals with producers who would suck you in with promises of letting you stay in your musical style but still make mucho money. When in reality, you would let yourself make that decision and lose yourself. ^^what will it be? if ... IF i were to get big tattoos... I would go all out and they would be all over my body.. I would get a long vine with leaves on it wrapping around like my arms and legs and the rest of me.. but I would never do it really.... only if i HAD to or something that is what I would get...not something small...it would be all over because that is how I would want it. I like the idea of wings though... but they would have to be three times bigger than the ones here:

well ... christians know that when they pray, they "should" use Jesus as a medium...but essentially, even if Jesus wasn't the medium...then the prayers would still be heard by God. I don't know how many people here believe that Jesus and God are the same people or vice versa ...but in reading these christian beliefs... it makes points of view easier to understand. yes...muslims and christians share many things in common. but the religions are so different. Like most christians believe that in heaven, they will be able to meet up with deceased relatives. Muslims believe this too... but they also think they will receive a harem (group of beautiful women waiting on their every whim) and same for women (but with less emphasis). This goes beyond christian belief. the whole forgivness thing "and all the rest of it" <<< many religions have those deeds included. THere is so much more to it than that. There are HUGE differences and it would not be fair to group any religions as conglomerates just because they have a few things in common. That is like saying that all catholic branches are the same...when in reality ...they are different just because they are branches. It makes a HUGE statement to group off from a large religion because if you are catholic you can't just "branch" off...I mean, things change like that. Like Henry VIII ... he started his own branch of Catholicism because he wanted to leave his wives and remarry as easily as he pleased. And being a part of his church didn't allow him that so he branched off..right? When he did this, he followers were allowed that freedom (and many others as instated by himself) and it just...changed origional catholic beliefs ... once one branch grows, then comes another and another and no one can say that a religion did not just change in a big way...

then again...Jesus (when he came to this earth as man) said that there would be many men that would try to be a prophet in the same way he was ... trying to make people believe that they are speaking for God...that is what Mohammed did.

yeah. I mean..if you watched aaallll of the other star wars movies, you set yourself up and then you HAVE to watch the rest of em.... so i did and it was not as great as i had expeceted (one a whole) but it did have some scenes that just made it great :wink: (and hayden) :laugh4:
