The Bible-crap for some people, but important for many!
He would be born in Bethlehem. In Miqueas 5:2, 4 it was predicted that the "governor in Israel", that would be "great until the Earth ends", would leave Bethlehem. It was interpreted that this was a messianic prophecy. When Herodes the Great once asked the main priests to write where the Mesías was to be born, they responded: "In Bethlehem of Judea", and they mentioned Miqueas 5:2. (TM 2:3-6.) The town even knew that prophecy. (Jn 7:41, 42.) this prediction came true. also, a small fact ..that the time, there were two Bethlehems...but that text specifies JUDEA and that is the one He came from  That is what I mentioned...no one really KNOWS...I am not trying to force anything on anyone. I am just putting my beliefs out there. You are absolutely right (no disagreements here) about believing in what you believe in and see if anything happens.

I agree that faith comes with actions .. You CAN hold a belief inside of you without stepping into a church... BUT the way you carry yourself and the way you treat others must be seen with your actions. I mean, biblically based. also ..about predicting the furute: Many years before Jesus was born and where...these things were written about by prophets. (not only this but also other historically proven facts as well) The only way this could have been done with some kind of greater knowledge..wouldn't you agree? I am not saying non church-goers can't have faith in a God, or no God... or that church-goers are the ones with the truth... And also, people do not even have to keep reading what I believe as a truth (of course) The truth, I believe, will be found out in a not so far future and people can continue living their lives the way they want and think in their heart to be true. ... I believe in a judgement day and that in that day, people's actions will put them in their place

This comment was a bit vauge ... but Many believers in the bible's word hold that it is inspired by God (in fact there is a text in the bible that actually says something along those lines). That is why even though it was written down by men of past times (called prophets) .. It is held that these prophets were inspired by God. And quite interestingly enough..if not inspired by God..then how did they predict the future?

I am seeing both sides of this issue (having bibles in rooms). I think a better option would be having room service deliver a bible to your room upon request. That way people would not be uncomfortable or bothered by it being directly in their room. I mean, if I were to ask for some extra sheets and they can bring those to me, why not ask them to deliver the bible? BUT also....unless you are allergic to Bibles (come on, no one is  ) then I personally do not see the big issue in having it IN the room. I mean, it's not mandatory that you pick up every item that is issued in the room

This is also true. Here in the states...many 4 stars and above hotels have little red tabs in rooms that point towards the direction of Mecca...this is because many rich rich muslims stay at ritzy hotels and i guess managment wants to avoid any complaints from rich (mostly arab) muslims ..cuz you know  they prolly tip real well
