Do you remeber that we will meet this summer :P haha! HOw could you forget..? that would be nuts! :freak: I miss talkin to ya ... mi mero mero!   Eric....I read the poems...and have to say...they were not what I expected. The past ones of yours that I have chanced to see were more structured. These were sponateous ( can't ever think of just the right word to describe the type of person I have come to know you as) but I will tell you they will be tough to do art for. So give me time, I will get supplies. They inspired me to try something new :smug: thank you Eric, I was in kind of a rut with my art deals, but now, it's all good :nice:
  2. Nik....no I have not heard em! any chance they taught you to share music? REN>>>>>>Stiiiiilll waiting!
  3. T - Tom Waits
  4. yeah, but how am I spossed to know it's a REAL one? I mean, I can look at that piccie up there ^^ and make one myself. It would be a gamble to buy one online. IT just would have been nice to be at the town, see em hanging around and get one...ya know? take this

  7. Homecoming by Cynthia Voigt ..it is the first of the Tillerman cycle.
  8. films like "white chicks", "dude where's my car" "old school" ...you get the gist..those films are the epitome of what a bad film really is. Worthless trash. I will have to think back to what movie started this whirlwind of dumb movies pointed towards teens
  9. ALLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! :daisy:
  10. We Suck Young Blood are you hungry? are you sick? are you begging for a break? are you sweet? are you fresh? are you strung up by the wrists? we want the young blood are you fracturing? are you torn at the seams? would you do anything? flea-bitten? motheaten? we suck young blood we suck young blood won't let the creeping ivy won't let the nervous bury me our veins are thin our rivers poisoned we want the sweet meats we want the young blood you know nik, Radiohead had posters all over the town where they were gonna have the gig a few days prior to the concert date ...and the posters had questions like are you hungry? are you sick? are you begging for a break? are you sweet? are you fresh? are you strung up by the wrists? these questions were all over the posters.... i wonder if there are any origional posters around?! anyway. I would not say that this is the creepiest one around. I would say that dollars and cents is pretty creepy just because it is closer to the truth of this world. And also Climbing up the Walls ( if you know the origions of this song)
  11. there is another one in the toothpastefordinner website about Radiohead, an old one about the Kid A album.... yeah yeah...hail to moi! :crown: heh...you're cute! spreadin the love

  16. tee hee hee! :sweatdrop: too much of this business >> :nice: but maybe it is the lack of sleeperoni!? I am fine here o here. and yes, i tell you Nik...all the time I spread the love for Radiohead. Whenever I talk music with someone ..Radiohead is praised and praised. And I let em listen to some good stuff off me ipod :smug: As for toothpastefordinner....I kill those who have not visited THE sight. Did you read the ones about Rickeydog...or the cheese ones!? Those are a fucking laugh riot!!!! :laugh1:
  17. NO no...I am a senior in high school (the last year of high school ...12th grade) This was four years ago...in 9th grade of high school. You see, school here is like this... the school breakdown for those who don't understand how school in the united states goes... 1-4 (1st four years of school) is called "grade school" ..or elementary 5-6 (next two years...) are called "intermediate" 7-8 ( next two years) called "jr. high school" 9-12 (last four years) called "high school" in 9th grade, you are called a "freshman" in 10th you are called a "sophomore" in 11th grade, you are called a "senior" (all demeaning terms, or course) It is not allll romance! silly :P and it is not finished either...the next chapter comes later.
  18. :laugh1: LOVE the toothpastefordinner drawing...I think I fainted when I saw it on that website! heh  AGREEEEED! ...I don't get the point? Or do I and just not know it???? :smug: Smooches to NiK ...how have you been?
  19. yes..it is has a sad origin...but when you think about how groups write lyrics..the members have that chance to make the lyrics all the more meaningful. Because, can you imagine singing a song over and over and over again in concert and for studio recordings ...and it being so meaningless to you, that the listener does not feel the passion of the song? The best songs are the ones with passions behind em. ;)
  20. I don't much care for Franz Ferdinand. Maybe the live experience will change my mind? Are they okay live? Anyway..I am going to the gig for Deathcab for Cutie...we will see of anything positive comes from it (in regards to my finding some respect for Franz Ferdinand :P
  21. Well, I have to say, I do not agree. Always her voice hits it just where it needs to go for one song or the other. I love her voice. It's one of my favorite things about The Arcade Fire. That and the meanings behind the lyrics. Like Haiti.
