^:lol: It's kind of weird speaking in pure Filipino (Tagalog, etc.) nowadays. In fact nobody is speaking it! most of us here speak a combination of Tagalog and English, which is called Taglish. I know that's really crude but that's the reality! :D

That garlic fried rice goes with about anything!!! here fried rice is called sinangag then the ulam and rice have various names like tapsilog (tapa + sinangag + itlog [egg]), longsilog (longaniza + sinagnag + itlog), tocilog (tocino + sinangag + itlog), cornsilog (corned beef + sinangag + itlog), etc. :D
