i don't know really, i just noticed that we talk quite slow that others like Malaysians or Chinese...it's just an observation. :)

yeah, it can be at first...filipino is spoken quite slowly, as if you're a bit of reciting a poem.

but i'm glad at least you preserve your own language... because here, people have a knack for changing the language as they please...today, nobody can even speak straight filipino. most people speaks taglish- or a combination of tagalog (filipino) and english. this is not good because young ones are exposed to this new language that they would forget how to speak filipino correctly. :/
