The school that they went to - Kent College, Canterbury - is a part boarding school so if she wasn't from the UK she was probably lived at school. He and Joanna definately went to high school together but just weren't dating then. If you look on 'friendsreunited' website both their names - Joanna Briston and Guy Berryman - are there in the same year at high school. Jonny's girlfriend was also went to the high school and knew guy as a friend.

Weird day!! I met a girl who went to school in Canterbury, where Guy went to school. When I found out where she was from I asked if she had met Guy. She said she didn't go to his school (she went to one called Simon Langton - a girls school) and wasn't friends with him or anything, but she says that she knew of him and as far as she knows he wasn't going out with Joanne while they were at school. She was dating someone older. She and Guy must have started dating after school, I guess. Also, she said that Jonny's girlfriend Chloe was also at Guy's school! How weird is that - I guess he must have introduced them! I pressed for more info about them but she said she didn't know much as they were at different schools. How weird and how cool! Don't you wish you'd gone to that school! :)

I won't worry yourself too much about removing them - the pictures will be everywhere anyway. It's not like taking them down is going to get rid of them :)

Isn't publicity what all bands want to some degree? That's how bands get signed, how they sell records etc... When you get popular you are in demand by the press, whether you like it or not. Like the music or not is one thing, but I don't think you can blame them for the publicity. That comes with the territory when you become hugely popular.

It was quite a long time ago - a good few years. The press turned Will into the bad guy just to make the story more interesting. The press don't want to write about a stupid random woman when they can write about a famous man apparently being 'mean' to a woman. It's just the stupid press... again!

Oh blah blah blah... IT WAS THE BRIT AWARDS - what did you expect? Some alternative underground music scene?! So what if he was photographed with another award winner and who cares what the press write about them. If you don't like Coldplay and their music, well fair enough. But for the rest of us, please go and waste your time somewhere other than the coldplay fan forum!

I don't think it was a one of taxi-grab. He had a long running dispute with his neighbour about lots of things, which included her pretending to be Will's wife and taking lots of taxis on Will''s account (i.e. Will was paying for them). The whole thing ended a bit nasty when the neighbour went to the press and said how horrible Will was and how he had made her feel so upset, blah blah blah. Basically, she was a theiving £$%*$ who wanted to get in the papers :angry:
