i have some backstage of the band too...but i might have posted them a while ago..i dont remember.

its not really their fault about the setlist length. the opening act takes up about 45 min, and the break between teh openign act and coldplay is nearly 1 hour b/c the stage takes so long to set up. the venue has a set time where people have to be out by, but yeah, the set lenght could def be a bit longer. they could start the show earlier but they have to wait till it gets dark in teh summer time, but teh arena tour solve sthat problem so you never know...it could be longer this time around.

well...chris def does not lip synch but there is a pre-recorded backing track on some songs that is very obvious (most obvious of which is fix you, after chris spins the light bulb and begins playing the piano there is no difference b/c the piano portion is being played on a backing track) there is also a "5'th" member that most people dont know about...he is always on the side of the stage and he plays the synth part of alot of the songs (speed of sound) and acts as the sound manager of the show i think. the production of teh show is enormous and they do it so often that of course the band has some "techincal" help. the backing tracks are used rarely and only on some songs, and ti only adds to teh show as a whole. the band is still talented and their live shows cant be beat.

that makes noooo sense. why would they release a single after the US tour dates? the US single airplay has been disspointing. SOS was overplayed, Fix You was never played, Talk was heard a reasonable number of times though never played on tv. and the hardest part...i can assure you...will not be played at all. it doesnt appeal to the audience over here and i dont know many people that like it. it doesnt pack a punch and it kind of goes in one ear and out the other without catching your attention.

you know whats interesting? both coldplay and yellowcard are signed by parlophone

Mariah Carey, John Legend, and Kanye West are setto perform at the grammys. these are the first to be announced...so there is still hope that coldplay will perform something. i'll post if i hear anything ;)

the resemblance is striking...is Gwen off her rocker? i'm not sure what to think of her anymore. i hear she was very cold in real life and i really hope she didnt marry chris for the wrong reasons. and now she is complaining that she cant work anymore...oh well. how long do you think the marraige will last? i hope that doesnt offend anyone that i am asking this, but lets be honest, stuff like this never lasts forever.

i was flipping through a few channels and the Shield was on FX. I never watch the show but i relized they were playing Till kingdom Come. I was so excited and they actually played the entire song. I think this is a good indication that this is going to be the 4'th single b/c they did something similiar with talk.
