Madonna is the most hypocritical woman alive...kaballah, i read, is all about defeating the biggest evil within our lives (the ego), yet this woman has multi-million dollar houses everywhere and bentley's and flashy jewelry...how the hell can she preach the teachings of this religion if her lifestyle is in direct competetion with it? its crap and the whole religion is endorced by celebrities who will pay $5 for a bottle of kaballah water blessed by a rabbi (its all madonna drinks) its all commercial bullshit and i hope chris and gwen dont fall for it

People from U.S. - have you seen the "Talk" video
i dont watch tv that much but whenever i do i usually flip through the mtv or vh1 channels and i have never seen Talk on. i've only heard it on the radio a few times as well. mtv literally only plays rap and hip hop...how do those people get record deals? i'm actually embarrassed for them while watching the videos. anyone heard the song laffy taffy? whoever did that should be shot. for as many sold out shows they do here and for as many albums that they sell they get very little support by radio and music channels. vh1, granted, did do a storytellers with them which was nice...but otherwise, mtv especially, gives them little to no airplay. i think its the demographic...mtv is usually watched by early to mid teens, while coldplay appeals more to those in their 20's and 30's. i was shocked about how little there were of people my age (17) at their concerts. whenever there is a popular band at the local venue (PNC Bank Arts Center in NJ), tons of students from my school go, i mean at least 25% of the school. but when coldplay was there i didnt see anyone and had to drag my friend along with me. it was mainly adults.

Did anyone see this? Their label is screwing them over!
- Did anyone see this? Their label is screwing them over!
if its only for india why is the leaflet in english? why would they only do it for one country? someone could just as easily buy a different countries copy off of amazon. people on the coldplay.com forum have stated that they just bought the cd and cant put it onto their computer...and these people do not live in india.- Did anyone see this? Their label is screwing them over!
the problem with becoming commercial...your label takes advantage of you...this is the first time i have ever heard of these rules before...wtf!- Did anyone see this? Their label is screwing them over!
fans are going to be so pissed off...all this does is encourage illegal downloading- Did anyone see this? Their label is screwing them over!
i think they just did it....if you bought the cd when it first came out you shouldnt have a problem...but the cd now looks different and has this crap put onto it.- Did anyone see this? Their label is screwing them over!
Coldplay's new CD has rules: No MP3s, no DVD players, no car stereos Coldplay's new CD comes with an insert that discloses all the rules enforced by the DRM they included on the disc. Of course, these rules are only visible after you've paid for the CD and brought it home, and as the disc's rules say, "Except for manufacturing problems, we do not accept product exchange, return or refund," so if you don't like the rules, that's tough. What are the other rules? Here are some gems: "This CD can't be burnt onto a CD or hard disc, nor can it be converted to an MP3" and "This CD may not play in DVD players, car stereos, portable players, game players, all PCs and Macintosh PCs." Best of all, the insert explains that this is all "in order for you to enjoy a high quality music experience." Now, that's quality. here is the insert below. http://craphound.com/images/coldplayinsert.jpg I wonder how Coldplay feels about their fans getting all these rules set down for them by the music label? I wonder if most fans who read these rules will be wise enough to blame corporate, or whether they'll just decide to dig up a band whose label treats them like customers, not crooks? It's amazing how the labels always seem to come up with new ways of screwing artists: if they're not cheating them out of royalties, they're systematically alienating their fan-base.- Bono Says Campaigning Caused Tension in U2
i'm sorry, the way i said that did make me sound a bid greedy...what i meant to say was that i'm happy that he can balance between being involved with the band and with the campaign itself i'm actually involved with Oxfam and volunteer with them...so i support the cause 100% and the last thing i want is someone to think i am greedy and dont want people involved with it- Bono Says Campaigning Caused Tension in U2
U2 almost split b/c of Bono's obsession with campaigning against poverty...he said he "took it too far" http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20051231/ap_en_mu/people_bono_1 thanfully chirs isn't as crazy about the campaign as Bono is- WTF, dude?Drug addict?

holy crap i know...i saw it too and was surprised...i would be so uncomfortbale if my wife did full frontal nudity in a movie...there are actually a bunch of movies where she's done full frontal but now that she has a child i dont think she'll do it anymore. whatever she is comfortable with though is ok by me- The Buckland Religion~Official Thread

its either very wet, gelled, or extremely greasy...judging by the rest of him he doesn't look very erhh "clean" in the pic so i's say its grease :stunned:- Someone with a crush on Chris...
no offense to anyone on this forum...i hate nicole...but isnt what she did/said exactly what everyone does all day long here?- Is learning to play the piano hard?
it doesn't matter how late you start...chris staretd playing piano very late and look at him...talent will only take you so far though...practice is the key as for guitar...piano and guitar are pretty much the same in terms of difficulty its good to know how to read music b/c its pretty much the same for guitar and piano so if you start on one you are pretty much set. bass and drums are actually very easy to start out...though complicated bass lines and speedy drum lines can get very complicated...but in terms of coldplay alot of their stuff is very easy and repetetive. the most complcated song i have seen guy play on bass wasn't a coldplay song at all...it was the kylie minogue song they played at glastonbury- Someone with a crush on Chris...
lol...they like people with talent, then they must hate themselves the PCD is/was a strip show and now thanks to a good producer and lip synching they are a group...i doubt any of them have any real talent at all besides decent dancing ability...though Nicole can sing a little- WTF, dude?Drug addict?
i agree...the only reason i care is because they are marketed as this clean cut soft rock band...which is the image that they capitalize off of and Debs endorces...but in actuality alot of the band members have less than respectable drinking and smoking habits that no one knows about. i remember chris saying once that the band agreed never to drink or do drugs before or during a show because it would affect their performance, but how can he say that when Guy is drinking and smoking cigs on stage in betweeen songs? they have to stop pretending to be something their not, otherwise people will wonder if all of the critics comments saying that they are fake are true...- My cousin went to school with Guy!!
i thought he owned a trailor companey.- Coldplay on Radio 2 Tomorrow (27/12)
i dont think its live- "Chris reminds wife Gwyneth of dad"
think about it. once gwen starts working again, either her mom or a nanny will take care of the kids. gwen travels with chris when he is on tour sometimes now because she is not working b/c of the pregnancy and apple. but once she starts working again, gwen and chris will see each other even less than they do now....it wont last...sorry to tell you but its pretty obvious. when is the last time two huge stars actually stayed together? it was stupid for them to get married in the first place. - Did anyone see this?
