I can't imagine a life without bikes, especially now in times where the gasoline prices are indecently high. My last bike was rubbish so I bought a new one 3 weeks ago. It's a so called "Holland-bike" and I absolutely love it! For me there's no other bike which is more comfortable to ride than an original bike from the Netherlands. :) Bought one which looks similar to this one...

Naja wenn du dich mit dem Schönreden angesprochen gefühlt hast… :P Es war eigentlich auf die Allgemeinheit in diesem Forum bezogen. Mir war vorher eigentlich nicht klar, dass man in nem Coldplay-Forum nicht erwarten kann, dass man auch mal eine Sache kritisch betrachtet. Schade, nun bin ich schlauer. Ich muss normalerweise auch nicht meinen Senf dazugeben, wenn mir etwas nicht gefällt. Andererseits… Wozu ist dieses Forum dann noch da? Darf man nicht seine Meinung kundtun, um damit eventuell eine Diskussion anzustiften? Um ja vielleicht sogar ein wenig zu provozieren? :) Ja, ich bin von Violet Hill enttäuscht (auch wenn ich den Song jetzt etwas besser finde), aber das mit dem Gratis-Konzert hast du wohl immer noch falsch verstanden. Ich habe lediglich geschrieben, dass das alles nicht neu ist (Stichwort Radiohead). Schlecht finde ich diese Aktion deswegen nicht, im Gegenteil. :) Klar bin ich auch dafür, dass man den Krieg nicht vergessen darf. Ist denn deswegen trotzdem dieses Video nötig gewesen? Weiß mittlerweile nicht jeder, dass der Krieg einfach unnötig war?! Muss man deswegen so ein Video erstellen, wo man mit Affengeräuschen das ganze vielleicht unabsichtlich ins Lächerliche zieht? Ich denke nicht. Aber nun ja, glaub es hat keinen Sinn noch weiter darüber zu diskutieren...

Ja das mit dem Video-Produzenten wusste ich, allerdings mussten die vier Herren von Coldplay ja auch ein "ok" gegeben haben, damit dieser das Video veröffentlichen durfte. ;) Wo wir wieder beim Thema affig wären. ;) Ich finde es einfach nur kindisch! Ich meine jetzt 5 Jahre nach dem Krieg springen plötzlich alle Menschen auf diese Ich-war-schon-immer-gegen-Bush-und-den-Irakkrieg-und-mach-mich-jetzt-auch-über-Bush-lustig – Schiene. Sorry, aber das kommt meiner Meinung nach 5 Jahre zu spät! Hinterher ist man immer schlauer... :) Was daran allerdings jetzt intelligent ist, müsstest du mir noch mal erklären, lieber Felix. ;) Aber ich seh schon… Stehe mit meiner Meinung wieder mal alleine da. (Julia, hilf mir! lol :D) Weiß nicht, irgendwie finde ich kann man viele Dinge leicht schön reden und das passiert gerade in diesem Forum relativ häufig! Nichts wird noch nicht mal im Ansatz kritisch beleuchtet, alles ist gleich super toll... Und wo steht das jetzt bitte?! :)

Ähm... nö glaub nicht! :D Aber du findest wohl irgendwie alles toll was Coldplay momentan macht bzw. anfasst, oder? Man kann sich auch vieles einfach schön reden... ;) :P Ne in Schwäbisch Hall war ich noch nie, dafür kann ich dir Kiel sehr empfehlen, besonders zwischen dem 21.06. - 29.06., wenn dort wieder die Kieler Woche stattfindet. Es ist das größte Volksfest Nordeuropas. :) Und Kiel ist einfach nur sehr schön. Am besten du mietest dir dort ein Fahrrad! Ich hab noch nie so viele spezielle und gesonderte Radwege gesehen wie dort. ;) Macht einfach Spaß da rumzufahren, besonders weil dort so viele Hügel sind. Bin ich sonst als Nordlicht nicht so gewohnt... :D

I think it's funny, but I don't like it! Why do you still have to blame Bush and Blair (probably due to the Iraq war), although one of them already retired and the other one cannot be reelected in autumn?! It's the past! You cannot change it. I think Coldplay and a lot more musicians missed the opportunity back in 2003 to show or demonstrate their opinion and their attitude towards the foreign policy of their own country. Now in 2008 it's too late I think. Well, that's my opinion! Perhaps I'm totally wrong and they wanted to purpose something different with that video. :)

Hmmm also das "Dancing Politicians" Video ist ja mal gar nicht affig! :dozey: Find es total schrecklich! Was meint ihr? Erinnert mich irgendwie an Linkin Park's "What I've Done". Verstehe nicht wieso die jetzt noch mit nem Video auf Bush und Blair eingehen müssen, wo doch der eine von beiden schon längst zurückgetreten ist und der andere im Herbst eh nicht wiedergewählt werden kann. Solche Aktionen hätte ich mir lieber im Jahr 2003 gewünscht, als damals Frankreich und Deutschland mit ihrer Anti-Krieg-Haltung fast schon isoliert wurden... Nene, ein Schritt in die falsche Richtung. Naja... meine Meinung! :P

After the disappointment last Tuesday when MTV Germany didn't broadcast the official clip of "Violet Hill", they now mention a premiere for next Monday at 16:00 h. Source: http://www.mtv.de/article/19213926 But I guess nearly everyone has already watched the video! :D

Hmm I think the whole story seems to be true! At the moment MTV is broadcasting a "MTV Noise" special with different Coldplay videos and during the break they advertise the clip premiere for the day after tomorrow again. May 13th also seems to be a special Coldplay day, because in the evening they will broadcast a video discography special of them. :)

Wie cool, auf MTV läuft grad MTV Noise mit ein Spezial über Coldplay. Auf Platz 10 läuft grad "Shiver". :nice: Schön, diese ganzen Videos auch mal im Fernsehen zu sehen...

This weekend Germany is the sunniest and hottest place in Europe! :D I haven't seen any clouds since 2 weeks now and it's amazingly hot outside. Today we gonna have 28 degrees again. :) Summer arrived finally!

I just read that MTV Germany will broadcast Coldplay's new video clip on Tuesday (May 13th) at 16:00 hours (German time) in the TRL show live from Berlin. But I'm not quite sure if it's actually true although they mentioned it on their site... http://www.mtv.de/article/19203654

So I just did it again and suddenly www.eventim.de says: Chris Martin and his band are back finally! In June the long-anticipated new Coldplay album will appear - a tour is following. Sign-up now! Well, nothing new honestly, but the hope grows that they're coming to Germany! :D
