Oh yeah... the house where he was born is now a museum. Also tons of places around town- my high school, the mall, roads, a park and stuff are all named after him. Whenever I read Leaves of Grass I totally picture this park in my town that's right around the area where he lived. :)

One of them has to be pretty specific. The other two don't, but I'm going to have to spend some quality time in the library anyway poring over teacher editions of math textbooks figuring out what's appropriate for what grade level and whatnot.

One of my favorite poets is Billy Collins- here's a website with a bunch of his stuff: http://www.poemhunter.com/billy-collins/ His poems are usually pretty lighthearted, and he has things that are funny or thoughtful or whatever, depending on what kind of mood you're going for. Hope you can find something!! :)

Aww, that was fun! Maybe I'll take some more pictures around my dorm or college and upload them. It sort of like my house! :D Maybe I'll be a super creepster and drive by the house I'll be living in next year, take a picture and put it up here! ;)

Haha, thanks! The green poster was from the MSG show- it says "June 23 at Madison Square Garden in New York City" on it, so I guess that was the only time they sold it. I made those collages after all the shows I went to each summer, and actually all the photos in them I took myself at the Today Show! The setlist is actually from the show at the Beacon in NYC back in 2005. I need to make more collages or something though because Chavi just sent me TONS of butterflies from all the shows she went to and I need some place to showcase them! :)

Hahaha... thanks! I go to SUNY Geneseo... it's in western NY. My dorm is actually one of the nicest on campus. Most upperclassmen here move off campus (I'm a junior), so once you hit junior year you pretty much have your pick of the housing! I'm moving off campus next year though, and I am so excited! We signed a lease on a house last week, and it's really nice. And yes, The Office and Coldplay are pretty much the two most important things in my life. :laugh3:
