ma guarda io ho staccato qualsiasi programma potesse rallentare la connessione, ho tolto i suoni da ogni programma..e si sentiva veramente bene (oh non che abbia una linea ADSL molto veloce tra l'altro)

Yes you need Lame mp3 encoder (it's a zip file of the program but you will need just the .dll file)...then when you click on export as mp3 it will ask to find lame_enc.dll in your computer...and that's all :)
