They would have never pleased us all, if this happened in the US or in any South American country, or in Australia, many people would have written the same complaints. They are a UK band, they're based in London, so I think it's understandable they chose to do this there. I know it sucks, I'm here as well writing from my bedroom and kicking myself for this lost chance. I swear this is the only time in my life when I'm not complaining just because we're gonna get a new song and a video, and people I know were part of this :nice:

There were Americans and Australian as well, their trip was a lot more expensive than European people to be honest :wink: I guess we're gonna find out on December 1 how the video looks like then :D I'm happy for the people we all know, wish I was there but oh well, nothing I could do about it

I don't think you would sound like a bitch for calling them again, after all nothing was written on the terms & conditions. The only problem is that probably the people who won instead of you might have already paid, and they cannot take the tickets away from them now :\ Hope you and lo&loud will solve the problem, it would be great to meet two of the people who own some of the most important items from the band :nice:

There are people who managed to buy the regular tickets for both the shows, but this condition didn't apply to them, so it seems a little bit stupid to only apply it to the auction, especially if it wasn't mentioned in the terms & conditions :thinking:
