That doesn't worry me at all. I think it means they're not going to go corporate again. Not that I don't like X & Y (it's my favorite CP album) but I do think it is little more than an AROBTTH clone, a record meant to make money and keep CP in a holding pattern. They really need to change if they're going to keep the respect of music critics and fans down the road, and not just be another worthless pop band. I'm not saying that's what they are, but if they're not careful, they could easily become that. very very true. but its way too easy for a band like coldplay to be put down by critics/fans whether or not they do the "right" thing. theres always going to be the down side. That's a good point. I guess it's that way for all big bands like CP.

I'm hoping Arsenal wins, but I gotta pick Chelsea. They're on fire.

Anyone not seen them yet but going to? I'll be seeing them in Tampa for the first time ever, and I am getting psyched already. :D

I joined a few months ago, and I actually get a lot of questions about the white wristband.

U2 Coldplay is still young, and personally, I think Radiohead has really gotten too caught up in themselves or something, but we'll see what they do later. So I gotta go with U2. Together for almost 30 years, great album after great album of world-changing music, and a sound that influenced tons of other good bands like Coldplay. And talk about giving songs new life at concerts! U2 rules the live show any day.

I think I recognize AROBTTH as their most original album, but I listen to X & Y way more then either of the other two.
