does anyone know if the whole track was in the video? maybe thats what they objected to. I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't want to keep an interview up there, building some more hype

Thats really strange, I haven't had the album artwork all day, its been this paint and lyric combination. Just refreshed google again, nothing! Maybe there are different themes for different people? has yours changed at all today?

Using some pretty clever detective skills I have discovered that the CD above is not the same as the one in the first post of this thread, thereby meaning we have two different promos/singles out in circulation. One is a Parlophone release, can't make out what the other one is. Where did you find this photo BigFatNoises? EDIT: It says Capitol, and June 17th, so its the US promo I gather...

But EMI are going to be in serious financial problems if Coldplay don't make some serious sales with this album. From EMI's financial plans, everything seems to be penned on this release. :confused:

have you put .flv at the end of the filename? EDIT: you could also try converting it at www.zamzar.com, you might be able to convert it to an MPEG or something more easily playable. Zamzar are usually very good at converting pretty much any file you throw at them :D

I really hope these are images from the lyric booklet, which means we'll actually get lyrics for the first time on a coldplay album :D I'll keep an eye out for more of these images, it changes pretty much every hour. :)

This kind of reminds me of Green Day's American Idiot, where several of the tracks were made up of more than one song, such as Jesus of Surburbia being made up of Jesus of Suburbia, City of the Damned, I Don't Care, Dearly Beloved and Tales Of Another Broken Home. So in one track there were five different 'mini-songs'. Hopefully this is what has happened here, where the best bits of the songs have been merged into one 'super-song', thereby possibly leaving the original and extended versions for future b-sides.

So we could be getting Lost much earlier than we thought as well?? Can't argue with that :D
