Yea i'm liking it, seems like it could be a great albums after quite a few listens. it hasent settled in yet.

Well i've bought a few like Q, NME, Mojo, Uncut and The Word. Q i really like, its easy to take in and covers some of the music that i am interested in, but it has good interviews and articles, and album reviews. The only thing is lately it seems worse. NME, well that needs no explaning, everyone knows how crap it is. :lol:. I think Mojo mag is really good actually, it covers alot of more unknown bands and its delivered in a professional way.

i'm still unsure of it, its the only song on IR thats hit or miss for me. some days i'll listen and really get it and wonder what the dissapointment was about. other days it will just seem to be too long. my favourite off the album is wf/arpeggi or all i need i think

definately high and dry. its a lovely song....but the other two are better simply.

yea i see what you mean. besides new listenings of albums bring into focus new highlights and interesting points not noticed before.

Oh i think they very much didnt want it to be taken seriously, i mean the way they have not done it professionally (it was part oof the webcast originally) just adds to that. i cant say i find it extremely hilarious, or at the other end extremely beautiful or graceful. its a mixture inbetween :lol: Thom does look funny, he needs a haircut haha, and a shave. :p

Thanks for the heads-up on Q mag, i got it a few weeks back :) it was nice to see every song listed and a little background info to how the band met, that was interesting. Phil was a bully! haha! he just seems the member most unlikely to have been a school bully, i imagine ed as the bully more so... i wouldnt add anymore b-sides than listed, though are the main ones that other people have put.

Amazing webcast eh!? It had me laughing, which i never expected, and its great the way you never knew what was to come next. I like the sound of jigsaw as the new single, but i would of likes 15 step or bodysnatchers used, they are two very strong songs after all.

Definately, its not a classic album, Q shouldnt use that system, i mean not all 5/5 albums are going to be classics are they!? It's a solid album, but yea like you said, its not a masterpiece.
