  1. I'm definitely watching that when I get home
  2. I've been about 4 times and I want to go back, it's up there with Rome.
  3. Oh awesome, I hate Danny Dyer, when he was on 8 out of 10 cats Jimmy Carr just ripped him constantly.
  4. Yeah I missed the last episode, but the one with Stephen Fry was amazing
  5. Where in France do you live? Paris is one of my favourite places in the world
  6. Yeah he did, I didn't think it looked very good until I heard his name, that's enough for me to watch, if you've never seen "screenwipe" they have a lot of it on Youtube, it's basically Charlie Brooker sitting taking the piss out of TV, so funny
  7. Despite my family not being asian, we can makes some pretty awesome asian food too :D
  8. Haha I saw that the other day, have you ever seen Nathan Barley? It was written by Morris and Charlie Brooker. It has the "boosh" boys in it and they basically stole one of the characters out of Barley to use in the Boosh
  9. I think Alan Carr can actually be genuinely witty when he wants to be though Peter Kay just isn't relevant to me at all, I laughed a lot recently when I saw Ed Byrne and he mentioned something about bad stand up, he was saying just really stereotypical bad stand up jokes, then said "Garlic Bread" which is amazing cos I had just been talking about how shouting GARLIC BREAD!!?? In an inquisitive tone isn't really very funny at all
  10. Sadly not, there is the odd episode on at like 2am on BBC2 but there is no consistent schedule, you'll have to check it out online as I wouldn't expect you to spend money on a boxset of something you've never seen
  11. Moran is so perfect in Black Books Arrested Development is the most intelligent comedy I have ever seen, it's actually genius. If you're gunna watch it, you have to start from episode one and watch it completely in order, it tends to reference itself and have recurring jokes. It actually got cancelled becasue it was "too intelligent" for American audiences, but they turned the last half of season 3 into one big joke about how they got cancelled, you really should check it out.
  12. "Chinese" has a whole wealth of options though. I went all Japanese today, gotta love Sushi.
  13. Curb is pretty good, I only watch it cos I love Larry so much, it gets predicatble though. I started watching Black Books again :D and then I just occassionally pop in my Arrested Development DVDs, I do love good comedy.
  14. They do, but if nobody is posting, what is the point. I'm at work until 9, work is me sitting at a desk, waiting for everyone to leave, I'm sure you can see how that inspires boredom
  15. Yeah this was my first comedy gig. We saw some really shit improv group, the funniest thing was a crowd suggestion. They wanted a word to base a scene on, someone shouted "RAPE" I laughed...a lot. We were also making subtle Flight of the Conchords references they were asking for countries to do accents "namibian, bolivian" etc
  16. Zachary Quinto is the best one by miles
  17. He's not even that funny though
  18. I was gunna edit that into my post actually it's a love/hate relationship and he knows it
  19. haha nice, I love Amstell Well we just decided last minute to go see people, I'm shocked we got tickets for most of them Ed Byrne, Paul Merton and Mark Watson were the big names that we saw. The only one fully sold out was Michael Mcintyre
  20. No nominations for me and my imaginary ego? or even Me and Jack?
  21. Awesome band Google you lazy prick
  22. Oh I've been a couple of times, this was to coincide with the festivals, so I saw debates and comedy. It was so good, thinking about making it a yearly thing
