just make up a word. our band has done before for song titles (the coolest i think is "Strata Ara"), but not for a band name. our name came from the name of one of our friend's imaginary horse.

i think that people who don't live in america aren't in any position to judge bush as a president unless they do extensive research with american newspapers and watch nothing but cspan on tv. a president does more than foreign policy, you know. also, i'm sick of ignorant europeans condemning the entire american country for the actions of our president. a fact that you conveniently overlook is that less than half of the people who voted in the 2000 election voted for bush. in fact, more people voted for al gore. it was only a one in a million statistical anomaly and a flaw in our voting system that allowed bush to win the election. most people here don't support him. as for the "i hope americans lose and die" statement... you're right you shouldn't be wishing that. you're just as bad as the idiots here in america who think that people in iraq should die for no reason. i have no idea how a seemingly intelligent person could say something so incredibly idiotic. i'm trying my best to suppress my rage and not say anymore. just to clarify, my problem is with hoping we die, not hoping we lose. i dislike bush as much as anybody here. since he's taken office, he's done two things i agree with and several hundred things i don't agree with. but i hate him because of his actions, not because hating all things american is the current "in" thing to do.

boy when i saw them last week, the music just made coldplay look that much better. they were terrible. :P it was much much better when grandaddy opened for them.

yeah when they were running back to back, futurama was way better than the simpsons episodes that were on. nobody can ever touch the simpons in their glory days though.

i like the originality of this topic. it's moving into new, unexplored territory. comparing coldplay with radiohead? that's unheard of! there's certainly not about 5 topics on the page with this topic already! :D

i think instead of trying to top that, i'm going to start to work on that 6 page paper due tomorrow. toodles, everybody. :D

oh and powelton is directly across the schuylkill river from center city. a few blocks north of U Penn, if that helps at all. it's where Ira Einhorn used to live, hehe. i should really use the quote option thingy but i like this quick reply thing too much. :shrug:

one of the two shows on tv worth watching, in my opinion. (the other one being the simpsons) well, unless you start getting into reruns... anyway i love futurama and i'm eternally grateful now that the cartoon network is showing reruns of it. ahh, how i long for the days when futurama and the simpsons ran back to back... right, i'm about done now. i have nothing of value to say.
