sometimes it's REALLY hard to get them off, you're right. mine tend to suction to my eye because they get so dried out over the course of a day. i get freaked sometimes that they'll never come off. they can also roll up and disappear under your eyelid or behind your eyeball :stunned:. now THAT'S scary.

it's only hard to remove them if your eyes are dry. then they suction to your eye and you have to pick them off, risking scratching your eyeball. but, no, you definitely don't have to squeeze your eyeball to get them out in any circumstance :lol:. they don't just pop off when you apply pressure, it's more like peeling a sticker off something.

ugh, my dad has those ones that you sleep with! glad they work for some people, but i just can't even imagine...within five minutes of the moist dailies i want to scream :P

contact lenses aren't all they're cracked up to be :P. or at least most people don't have so many issues with them, but i can barely use them. i have the daily ones that are extra moist, but for some reason they dry up in my eyes after a few hours and pop out. veeeery uncomfortable :P.

God, all the good stuff happens when I can't be here :P Yes, we didn't post that design of Anna's last night because we weren't sure if it would get approval to be allowed and we didn't want to get everyone excited. Once everything is up and going, I'm going to order Semy's shirt, since I already have a version of Anna's in the "collector's edition" :dance: Off to update the first post, if it hasn't already been done! :D

^same, I think some people can really rock the geek glasses, and others just look moronic, or like they're trying way too hard to be trendy.

God, I'm an ONTD member, but sometimes I wonder why I am, because everyone that comments on anything is just horrible to people they don't know and have never met. It's terrible. I hate all the reading between the lines...if she went out and did something really moronic, I guess I'd say have at it, but people like Gwyneth never rock the boat like some other celebs that deserve the hate, and they get the brunt of the cruelty for little reason. speaking of glasses, i just got new ones for the first time in like 4 years: kind of a bad photo, though.

from what i know of tracy anderson, i think gwyneth would benefit of removing herself from any sort of business dealings. then again, i think lots of us probably have a friend we shouldn't really be friends with because they're bad news or just general morons, so i can't blame gwyneth all that much :P

um, i think a treadmill is cheaper than the year initiation fee and two months of membership to that gym/studio :stunned: and tracy anderson seriously gives me the creeps.

Ok, looks like I missed this thread when searching...the one I created will hopefully be merged :P But MAN, I'm so in love with Phoenix in general. I just discovered It's Never Been Like That as well and it's probably one of the best albums I've ever heard. I've heard the singles from the other two albums and have loved them, but I'm savoring It's Never Been Like That before buying Alphabetical and United so I don't devour all they have to offer too quickly :P I just wish I had found them earlier...I can't WAIT to see them in London in October! :dance:

The correspondance we received was very kind and apologetic, too, and after a business meeting between all of us about what to do next, we worked everything out...the only thing I'm worried about is the time frame...once the new design is go, the people in the farthest places are going to have to order ASAP to make sure they get their stuff in time!

last night i had a dream coldplay was playing some smallish venue, some sort of old theater type thing, and both all my friends from high school AND my coldplaying friends were there :P. i remember my high school friends thinking we were nuts because we were all rocking out, and i freaked out at strawberry swing, like usual :lol:. and after the show, everyone was allowed to line up orderly and shake every bandmember's hand, like at a booksigning or something. it was pretty funny :P.
