I was at that show!!!! Vegas2. I was on the rail inside the ellipse right front of Edge! What a great show!!! The setlist was great (mixed it up) and they were so into that show!.. Energy from band and audience was through the roof! I have the DVD of this show... I love it..

anyone know when Keane will tour the US this year? Maybe after release of the new album? I know they are playing Europe this summer through August. Maybe in fall? Or early spring next year?

no only a rare few are made by EDUN. This tour there was at least one tour tshirt that was made by EDUN. Not sure if there were any more. It seems to be with the people who have ordered so far that if you ordered a Small or Medium the shirt is made by American Apparel. If it is a Large, XL or 2XL it is made by EDUN. Not sure why they did it this way...:\

so excited! I got my Music Rising Tshirts today! Can't wait to wear it proudly! I had no idea it was made by EDUN! The shirts are super soft and I haven't even washed them yet. So basically we are supporting two causes, Music Rising and EDUN.

OH... btw.. did you all order your Music Rising Tshirts?....If not you got to get yourself one! All proceeds go to Music Rising charity. I ordered mine a few weeks ago. They are on back order but should be coming soon..

if you noticed the girl guitarist, Courtney is playing Edge's 1976 Explorer! Boy was she a lucky girl.. not only to touch it but play it in front of Edge! He's had this guitar since the beginning...and it's his " most coveted" one.:stunned:

I knew you were a true U2 from the start but after hearing your comments on edge's shoes and Bono da Snowman that just confirmed it. hehehe! Ok..I didn't take this shot but I just couldn't stop drooling when I saw it.. It's from a Copenhagen show during the Elevation tour..It was so hot in there that nite that Bono actually ripped his shirt off!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could of been there for that!!! OH MY LORD!

Edge and the sparkly guitar Edge and Bono at Larry's Bday show (LA Nov 1, 2005)! The whole crew including the band wore the Larry Mullen Band tshirts! How I would love to have one of these. The all girl band that got on stage that nite, Exit got tshirts from the crew.. The girls were awesome, they did Out of Control and rocked it!

POP most definitely underrated! Some great great tunes on that album...For example: Gone, Discoteque, Mofo, Last Nite on Earth, If God will send his angels, STARING AT THE SUN, PLEASE and the most underrated but song that makes you just melt, IF YOU WEAR THAT VELVET DRESS!

Awesome story!... I know about not being able to go to shows..that is how it was for me for the elevation tour. I love talking about my experiences too. Oh, and I got to see Bono speak in DC back in Feb. of this year. It was incredible to hear him speak so passionately about the issues of making poverty history. I respect him so much and this just sealed it for me. Post your pics I would love to see them. Since I didn't see them the first time.. Yeah, it says " 2005" next to his siggy. Here's a pic I took at LA2 in Nov last year. I was on the rail in front of adam inside the ellipse.. and its a pic of Edge not adam lol I can't believe how good this pic turned out...

ok..i have seen you there as well. Do you know kimla? She's u2forlife on interference.. She was at the Boston shows.. She's a good friend of mine. Those shows were amazing huh! Next tour I am definitely catching them there. How many shows did you end up going to this tour? I was very lucky to go to 10 shows. The most I have ever done. GA is so addicting...and U2 of course. Can't get enough I tell ya. My amazing year was highlighted by finally meeting Bono and Edge back in April of 2005 at a meet and greet before one of the shows in LA. Surreal day for me! I have been a hardcore fans since '87 and have seen every tour since. Here's the autograph from that day. It is a 8x10 copy of one of Otto's photo's from Elevation tour.. Here I am waiting to get my pic signed. I am the one in the cowboy hat. I was so so nervous that I was shaking...Bono and John both loved the pic and said so...

you have no idea how much I appreciate this thread! Especially right now...with the postponement and possible cancellation of the rest of the tour due to illness of a band family member. From what I understand it's edge's daughter, sian. Who was diagnosed with Leukemia a yr ago. Which was why the tour was postponed initially. Poor sweet girl.. my prayers go out to her and the family! I hope she gets well.. My heart is breaking for them..
