Thought it was a phased in set of 'regulations' between now and @2015 season. It would need year-end accounts anyway and no doubt some financial 'loop-holes' will be found. One city have used already is the vague relationship between money inputted into the team and the money 'paid' for etihad stadium sponsorship. That's the type of stuff Uefa will either sort or bottle. Depends on just how must sway German, Italian & Spanish associations get.

Technically the ref was correct. If the player raises opponent off the ground and then either forces the player into the ground or drops him without care then it's a red card. The interpretation of the rule in this case was abysmal. It was in no way a red card. Penalty and a probable yellow yes. Red No. Utterly spoiled it, but WHY did Wales not go for the drop goal when they had field position with less than 5 minutes remaining. They were 20m from the posts and in front of them!! Hopefully a better game tomorrow. Need someone to finally beat the pretty poor French side!!

how the hell can that be a red card!! wasn't 2 footed, got the ball before suarez was even near. It was a bloody good tackle.
