I DESPISE vectors. Calculus I didn't mind too much. But why on earth do I want to know about where a line intersects the perpendicular of two planes?? What the hell is that?? In short, vectors and the upcoming exams made my day miserable again :(

I totally cried to that as a kid. And Bambi. And The Fox And the Hound. Come to think of it, a ton of Disney movies made me cry :uhoh:

Aww but Shaun of the Dead is such a hilarious movie :heart: I can practically cry from laughing from it :laugh3: But seriously, the last time I cried was last month was in a confrontational and hold-nothing-back talk with my sister. You built your computer?? :shocked2: That is sheer skill and dedication. Last year my teacher told us that her son was building a computer but couldn't find the appropriate RAM. She gave us an optional assignment of searching for one on the web, and whoever found it would have their mark raised by 1-2% :laugh3: I obviously didn't try because I'm technologically challenged when it comes to computer parts But anyway, I need a trustworthy laptop for university next year. Any recommendations?

Oh yes I moved to Canada, "the land of the north and free" or whatever the motto is haha. No, I've always lived here, never moved, just got away from some people. But what have I done? To be blunt, I just figured out some things for the worst and for the better. By what means, ohh I'll never tell....... :sneaky::laugh3:

I'm not anyone to you, but I say do it. Get away if you can and if you feel you'll better yourself. I know you don't want to be selfish and leave behind the people who are depending on you, but you can't always live to make others happy, especially to the neglect of your own needs. It's then you realize who your true friends are, or at least that was how it felt for me. :nice:

Maybe you could try getting away from the people around you and the place you live? It could be hard, but a fresh start is what a lot of people need.

For the most part, I really am. I know it might sound emotionally-narcistic or whatever, but I'm feel happy and lucky to have been where I have been and gone through the experiences I have been through, however amazing or stupid. Sometimes I wonder if this mainly positive streak will end, but I'm just going to keep going the way I am and do the things that will hopefully be the best for me. Now, I'm just looking forward to university and wondering if and how my outlook may change.

Sorry, I'm just randomly reading through the posts, and if I didn't know better, I would have thought this was a self-help sickness thread :laugh3:. I suppose after a concert, the buzz dies down and after you're just left with a nostalgic love-sickness for what was such a unforgettable live night. You'll get over it but realize you can never pass over the concert the next time the band are coming to town.
