you'd have to be willing to pay a lot of money coz taking into account tickets, travel, acommodation, food, etc.... you'll b looking at thousands of dollars (depending on where u live and where the concert would be)... but i think coldplay r worth that.

if it was the xmas pressie wouldn't it have been written that "this is the xmas pressie promised"? thats wat i think anyway...

one time, when coldplay were coming to australia (so, really, in june - im just making it sound like such a long time ago) they had like an ENTIRE DAY of coldplay specials on one of the music channels. AWESOME! i sat in the same spot for hours! lol. my younger sister was getting a bit like "when will it end?" and my mum was like "well at least they're good to listen to" and im like "YES! mum thinks theyre ok!" i think that half my anticipation for them to tour oz again is so that there can be heaps of coldplay on tv and radio again... it's great - it's heaven on earth for a coldplay fan when coldplay is played everywhere!

yeah i was trying to figure it out and it's really hard to understand... I'm waiting for someone to somehow figure them out and put them up in the lyrics section.

i had this big coldplay thing i was going to write about but i can't for the life of me remember what it was.... anyway, the other day my sister was driving me somewhere and she mentioned something about the sun and so i sat there trying to think of a way to slip in something about Sleeping Sun but i couldn't really think of anything so i just agreed and settled with singing the song under my breath.

today on the news there was something about cars and a representative from honda's name is Chris Martin. last night was my year 12 formal (so it was the last time im ever really going to see ppl from my year) and there was no coldplay played! :( a bit later in the night two of my friends went to see wat songs the dj had and they came back and one of them is like "they had heaps of coldplay" and i SO wanted to request one but i was scared of ppl being all like "whats this poo" you kno? so i went without coldplay, unfortunately.... nice night tho!

yeah i always thought that damien's voice would best suit a coldplay song - mostly bcoz he can do a good falsetto and he's got the accent pretty close lol.

i think it'd be cool for them to b on the forums but also imagine if they went into one of the threads where everyone just lets out the full potential of their obsessiveness? that'd b scary for them to read and embarrassing for the fans to know that the band had read their comments... anyway i would say that they probably go to the official site forums mostly if they ever went on forums at all.

i think he's got a new 'best of' album out... coz my friend bought one when we went to the shops the other day..

I reckon it probably is a download thing from their site... I'll have to convince one of my cousins to let me use one of their computers to download it tho coz I won't be home... I missed out on when they sang Fix You! I only found out when they put the credits and I saw that they had sung Fix You... (I was going for Damien as well! I was so happy he won) I saw/heard that at the easter show as well! it was so cool and unexpected! it was beautiful... it's a song that seems to suit fireworks.

Yeah there is... but is yours the same as ours? Ours has school uniforms, some suits, just different clothes but nothing fancy... Often working clothes. I've never ever heard of Cheezits though. And we don't have that Walmart place either... Don't worry it's not small minded. The other day I applied over the net for a job at a bookstore and one of the questions on the application was about hobbies and interests... One of mine was listening to music and i decided to put in brackets "particularly coldplay". Well last night I ended up dreaming that i saw a job advertisement for that bookstore and that they were like "must like coldplay and know about them" and all that sort of thing... I was like, wow, i probably have a chance at that job now lol. and then i woke up.

Today I was at the shops with some friends and there is this store called Lowes and I was walking past and saw the sign and I started singing "'Cause I feel low, oooooh". Pretty cool. Lowes has nothing coldplayish about it though, so that's about the only connection there is. Plus, today I saw the ad for Meerkat Manor and I instantly remebered the "startled meerkats" comment, just as I knew I probably would.

^lol! :laugh3: ur poor dad! he's stuck with coldplay... there's this album, Acoustic Love Songs, and it was released last year but they released a second one this year and i got it and track 3 disc one is Green Eyes! i replayed it over and over again when i was listening to the album..

Yeah, not only for myself but for my family... i think they get sick of hearing about coldplay... i've been trying to reduce my talk about them tho

I think that we've had enough MJ-bashing for a year or so... everyone has their opinions on him but, you know, i think it might be getting a bit heated and too insulting... how would all of you like it if ppl started coldplay-bashing when you were on a different artists fan site? probably wouldn't b 2 happy... so can't we just respect everyone's music taste and leave the "101 things that are wrong with michael jackson" list alone? Now I feel like some UN person...

Meerkat Manor? Yeah it probably will... it always happens to me... after i've found something out on the forums or wherever about some coldplay comparison or another, everytime i see or hear the comparison im like "coldplay"

The other day I was watching "Edinburgh and beyond" which was just showing highlights of the Edinburgh comedy festival... anyway, the host, Al Murray, was talking about how British men r possibly the ugliest ppl in the world and thats why the musicians form groups and hav to write really good songs.. he went on to give examples of bands and guess what the first band he mentioned was? Coldplay! he was like "Coldplay look like startled meerkats" and that they "probably never got laid in their lives" and thats why they write the type of songs they do to attract fans... it was actually kinda funny... for some reason i was proud that they were the first band mentioned.

my friend and i are organising a "Coldplay day" where i will go to her house with the coldplay things that ive got that she doesnt have, and she will have the part of the concert we went to that she videoed and we will listen to and watch coldplay for hours and hours.... fun! yesterday i was with friends in the food court at the shops and a couple of them were talking bout seafood and i told them about the only time i ever ate a shrimp and the only reason it tasted ok was bcoz i covered it in sauce.. then one of my friends boyfriend, chris, looked at me and said "do u kno wat else should b covered in sauce?" im like "no..." he goes "coldplay" then he (or was it my friend?) went on to talk about how funny it would b if a fan ran up and licked them or something... i cant explain it very well, but it was funny.

Of course I've heard of the Beatles! I don't live under a rock... I meant, I don't know much about Paul McCartney's solo work.

I think a duet with MJ is possible - Chris has said that he's a fan of MJs music. Anyway, I'd be happy - I like MJ! He's had a rough trot recently but I think ppl need to give him a break. Paul McCartney would be good too from what I've heard of the guy but I don't really kno his music that much.

When i was watching Wedding Crashers the other day i was full on waiting for the Sparks scene... then when it came on i said to my sisters and brother who were watching "this songs called sparks and its by coldplay" then my younger sister said "i knew it had something to do with coldplay - you looked way too excited". Anyway, today i was walking in the back yard and bcoz its getting into summer its bindi season... so anyway im walking then i look down and realise that im practically surrounded by bindis and i said, without thinking, "where to, where do i go?" COLDPLAY HAS OFFICIALLY INFILTRATED MY SPEECH!!
