Yeah! Guy with gadgets would be good! Good one, Lifelike! I think any of them would be great teachers, coz they'd be funny and stuff and they'd just say random swear words as well, and its always fun to hear your teacher swear...

^ yeah the Amercian comedians get less laughter in galas usually... but for example Arj Barker has good humour, becuase it isnt really typical US humour. i think yasmin's getting married was on for like, 2 or 3 episodes? possibly four? it was a big flop.

I first became a fan when I heard Speed of Sound, and from there I went 'back to the start', so to speak, and got all their albums and stuff... but I'm yet to get their singles from Parachutes and AROBTTH.. I'll have to order them from HMV some time... well, i recently went on a ski trip for school, and on one of hte days I was walking into the canteen sort of place to eat my lunch and as i enter, what do i hear? Talk! so i went and stood by the counter to listen to it properly and it was sucha great moment... so unexpected! oh, and today one of my best friends just pushed this page ripped out from a magazine towards me in class and i glanced at it and just gasped and made some weird sound and couldnt help smiling! it was the 'whats on this month' page from a magazine called Girlfriend and it was for june and they had a big picture of Coldplay and they were saying to be sure to catch them in concert... i was so excited! my friend, and others in the class, were just laughing at my reaction, and for the rest of the day i was so giggly and i wouldnt put the page into my bag incase it got wrecked and so i was holding it all day and beign really cautious as to who i would let hold it/look at it.... but here were a few people who said that htey didn't like them.. i was like 'thats cool, a lot of people dont' but i decided not to go on about the millions that do! this is going to make this post long, but... the ohter week there was so many Coldplay things! first, i realised that hte font for the credits of One Tree Hill were the Coldplay font (and if not, it was very similar). Then i was watching Cast Away (the movie with Tom Hanks) and the font used in that (i.e. to say where it was set, how many years it had been etc) was without a doubt the Coldplay font! and that was on the same day! then i saw an ad for beer and i think the font was the CP one but im not sure coz i only saw a bit of it. THEN wen i went to an open day for uni, i was walking into one of hte buildings and there was this girl walking out with a Coldplay top on (i was wearing mine as well) and i was just thinking 'that girl is so cool'. so yeah... thats all my thoughts, and this is a HUGE post.

Yasmine's Getting Married was the saddest show ever... Ch10 could not have seriously thought it would be a hit show... just_cass, that typical American humour bugs me. I like Aussie or Brit humour, and some American ones, but not hte typical American humour that Tench has...

true.. they're fairly plain jobs for them to be doing when you compare them to the job they currently have!

I watched a bit of the show last week when Nelly Furtardo was on and to be honest, the humour doesn't appeal to me at all. It has nothing to do with the Coldplay comments at all, but it's just not my type of humour...

i didn't watch it.. we were watching something else at the time but i think i want to see an episode to see how it is. my pre-judgement says that it will be stupid and "im trying too hard to be funny, that's why i'm not". but i dunno.. it could be alright... i'll have to watch it someday. when the commercials for it first came on, i remember him saying that he was hte one who told gwyneth to call her child apple and that he didn't think she would take him seriously. i thought 'okay, everyone mocks the name, he's just joining in' and then there was the commercial where he says he likes coldplay, 'they're u2 w/out the spirit'. the first time, i didnt quite catch wat he had said, but then i realised and i was like "hold up! thats rude!" and my family just laughed at me every time the commercial aired... did he say the coldplay thing in the first episode??

I can't see Guy as a model... he doesn't strike me as the type.. i reckon he'd b more of a builder or some other labourer. but i cant think of jobs for them, really... i think Will would b a teacher and family man, Jonny would be some sort of salesperson and Chris would be a teacher as well.. but they'd all still b into their music... wat exactly did each of them study at uni? they may have followed the career path of wat they studied... although that isnt a very creative way for me to think of a job for them

lol... glad to see its catching on... oh, the other day i saw a car with a number plate that had hte letters JB and it made me smile... although my younger brother and sister were just like 'weirdo'.

I wasn't sure if it was real or not but hen i saw his 'A' and its like how he writes his a's in the official tour book thingy so i guess theyre real... but id b insane to spend that much money

The other day i was thinking that if i ever wrote a book, i'd make sure that it was written completely in the coldplay font and that i'd have subliminal messages within the text without outright quoting songs or anything... Example (bad writing but nevermind): "Charlotte was very upset at the news. She had no other way of expressing her grief other than crying for a very long time. The mug of tea in her hands slipped and she watched it drop to the floor. Her internal agony was reflected when it broke into pieces. What was she going to do? She had lost the love of her life. He was gone forever. The horrific car accident had claimed his life and all she could think of was how she had yelled at him the last time they were together." ...or something to that effect. i wrote something that would do the same kind of thing with the guys' initials but i wont take up space with that as well... so yeah, that was my random colplday thought..

^ funny! i only half listen to ppl when coldplay is playing as well... and then wen the song is finished im like "sorry, what did you say?" and they get a bit frustrated, but oh well... yesterday i was watching one of the music channels and they had a top 50 countdown of brit singers/bands... Coldplay was #2 and they played 'clocks' but by then my younger bro had stolen the remote off of me and wouldnt keep it on Coldplay! so lucky me got to watch Futurama instead (which isnt a bad show, but between coldplay and futurama, coldplay will always win).. plus whenever christina aguilera's song 'ain't no other man' plays and it gets to the part where she says "give me strength boy you're the best" i always think "give me strength, reserve control"... about the lack of coldplay fans in school's - there aren't that many in my year at school.. there are people that like htem, which is good, but hte only other proper FAN that i know is a friend of mine that goes to another school. still, regardless of how many ppl like them/dont like htem, they're still the best!

There was one of those internet banners at the top of my email inbox for Avon... and it wrote "Let's Talk" as the saying... So, naturally, I thought of Coldplay. Plus, the first time I saw the live 2003 dvd and daylight was playing.. the clouds outside shifted and sunlight came through.. so random and cool.. but it didnt happen any other time that i watched it. Also - and I have NO IDEA how or why - wen i unzipped my jacket once it somehow reminded me of Chris Martin's voice!! So random... I think that i was just having a Coldplay thought at the same time as i unzipped and so it was coincidental coz i cant see any other connection.

The first time I saw the ad for the September 11 film, I made a deal with myself that I would refuse to watch it. It's ridiculous to make a film about a touchy subject, especially when the after-effects are still happening. So, I agree that it's stupid to make money off of a tragic event but in response to grrrrrrrrrrrrr's comment, the idiot critic's remark is not "all we can think about" and no-one appreciates being called "chicken shit pussies" so you can go join some other band that you hate's forum and be a nuisance there rahter than here. Get a life.

Wow... looking at all those pictures... I can't wait to go back to school! The computers there are the only ones I have access to that the Coldplayer works on. It doesn't work at home... so now I just have to wait until my free periods at school and I'm off to the library to look at the Coldplayer. Gosh. Awesome pictures. I thought that the one with Will and Guy looked like Will stole Guy's shoe or something... They're all great pictures, though!

My little brother thought that an Evermore song was Coldplay... He was like "Look!" and I was like "It's not Coldplay." He thinks so many people are Coldplay... He just has no clue sometimes...

If I wasn't from Australia I'd choose to be from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales or New Zealand.. MAYBE Canada but I've only just recently developed an interest in Canada so that's kind of my last option... I'd love to visit Italy but not live there. There are many places I'd like to visit but not live.

Wow... That would have been great to see Bono.... My claim to fame? Years ago I think I saw Ray Meagher, who plays Alf Stewart on Home and Away, going for a jog... I think only Australians would know who he is... and just to clarify - I do not watch Home and Away!!! I believe that if I knew where they were staying I would be severly tempted to go there and stay there until I saw them.. But I wouldn't because how embarassing when they find out that you've been standing outside their hotel for near on 10 hours... I would be contented with accidently spotting them out and about. Of course, my chance is gone because they aren't in Syd. anymore but I can wait.

LUCKY *chucking a Napoleon Dynamite*! Wow! How exciting to even SEE them! When they were in Sydney and I was in the city to watch a play for school (it was the day after I had been to their concert) I kept my eye out for them on the bus trip and when we were around the theatre... Never saw them though.. They would have been resting up for their concert that night though so yeah... Lucky you, though!
