  1. That really was the best day ever.......:sunny:
  2. I have seen them 9 times, soon to be 10. I got to see them once at a place that only holds 3,500 people. And then I was lucky enough to be in the VIP section of the Today show performance. I love to see them live. It is an addiction!
  3. It seems as if most posts have Amsterdam listed so they just need to add that back into the set list already!!!
  4. 8.5 Gravity (live version)
  5. I can't believe I can not go to this show. If they play COL and I miss it I will be devestated!
  6. Positives: More songs to listen to Negative: More songs you will never hear live
  7. you are my hero. many thanks.
  8. Does anyone have an MP3 of this song from the Today Show? Chris adds all kinds of ooohs and ahhs that I really want to be able to listen to in my car and/or pn my iPod.
  9. I like the first COLDPLAYER one in the coldplay font!!
  10. I used transfer paper and made a white t-shirt with a red V on it like Chris has been wearing on tour. I alos plan on makin a COL shirt too!
  11. I liked the original idea in the Boston thread of COLDPLAYER
  12. Does anyone one have a good recording of the show on DVD or even VHS? I had DVR'ed it on my cable box (in HD) and of course for some reason my cable box has not been working lately and they are going to replace it. I watch it a lot so I really wanted to get a copy of it before they took it away from me :(
  13. Well the guy wasn't really that mean, but he came over and was telling us when the guys showed up (where we were in line is where they were going to enter) that we weren't to bumrush them or act crazy. He said this at least a few times. He also gave us 4-5 speeches about making sure we went pee before we went inside and to make sure we ate and drank so that we didn't pass out, blah blah blah. We were all adult women who could have figured that out on our own. He was a NY'er so he just came off a little brash.

  15. you can always find people on here to meet up with or get tickets with!
  16. I didn't realize that was your first time seeing them! Oh you are ruined for life :stunned: The first time I saw them was in 02 at a place that sat like 4,000 people so that kind of spoiled me. I still can't believe you met Jonny and Guy!! So lucky.
  17. Once you are very front row or near it you are never happy again with any other seats! I was lucky to be front row at a GA show way back in Sept of 05. And then I was so close at the Today show. All I want are front rows seats now. I was thinking of getting nosebleeds for the Izod Center show in hopes that the same guy who was upgrading seats would see me and take pity :laugh3:
  18. I got some more of the confetti at the DC show to share. Just PM me if you would like a few pieces :)
  19. A few other highlights..... Chris said that he wasn't sure when he was singing if he was trying to be Johnny Cash or Barry Gibb. After the accoustic set in the rafters and the band was leaving, Chris grabbed a girls hand and kissed it. I would have died if I were her. While "Lovers In Japan" was on Chris grabbed a handful of butterflies and dumped them on Jonny's head! I thought the crowd was way more excited then the Philly show. I am not sure if it was because I was on the floor at the Philly show and the sound is different. I was really surprised that there wasn't a 2nd encore as the crowd was going crazy! I was really glad to hear Square One instead of Speed of Sound. I think that Square One is one of their better live songs.
