  1. Before being included in R+J Soundtrack, it was a B-Side to Street Spirit (Fade Out). Because they played it many times live, I think it's a band and fan favorite (but it's only what I think). If I like it, well yes. I think it's one of the best songs in The Bends era, and - sorry if I hurt many fans telling that - I would've loved to find it instead of Just in the album. I don't like Just. About the cover-or-no-cover question, Wikipedia says that "Talk Show Host is a song written and performed by Radiohead." Have you seen that banner on Radiohead dot com : "coming soon: Deader Air Space" haha ! It could be LP7 title.
  2. Now it's sure, there are banners on Last.fm : Muse are gonna support My Chemical Romance. Hard to understand why... Jpw48, I like your avi - I actually love all KoC single covers : I intended to buy a vinyl one (which I find particularly beautiful), but I never found one near Paris.
  3. No, that's not exactly that. With the CD on my Stereo, if I press play, then the CD begins at 00:00 on track 1, which is usual. But if, at that moment, I rewind, then the timeline will decrease until about -02:00, then if I let the music go free, I'll hear the real beginning of the album, which is Tom Waits' What's He Building. Did I make myself clear ?
  4. Holy shit ! This ROX !
  5. Random : You'll probably laugh at me, but I just found out that you can listen to the whole What's He Building intro on Hullabaloo, rewinding from the first track... I find it cool !
  6. I don't like them very much. But maybe Muse do. And as they're kickass superstars, maybe they want to, you kno, support MCR. Or maybe they haven't sold as many records in the States as necessary for their producers to program proper-Muse concerts.
  7. Just launched doownload. From what you said about it, it seems good ! Can't wait...
  8. Hehe, i saw them Live AND they performed There There. :smug: Makes me think I can die now ... "Kill yourself young, you'll enjoy your deathtime.":laugh3::lol:
  9. That's right, you found the Absolution Tour DVD New Born, the only time he didn't make mistakes... I'll never say, in no way, that Matt is no good guitarist, because he is one, but no more than very good. Damn, he makes tappings that even Daft Punk can do ! IMO, guitar Gods are more like Jimi, Steevie Ray Vaughan, Clapton, Dave Gilmour, Jimmy Page, or more recently Tom Morello and even Jonny Greenwood, but not Matt. Sorry.
  10. Yes this is amazing, and certainly one of the best concert moments in my life. ... But Jonny IS on the drums, whereas Colin isn't... In the conversation pit n°3 "If she floats she burns." I love that sentence.
  11. Well I think in no way one can compare Radiohead with Muse. My opinion is that Radiohead IS the greatest band around today, from far, but Muse share comfortably the second place with The Mars Volta in my heart. Where have you found that Radiohead are pretentious ?
  12. I really love Kid A. It's almost perfect. But many Radiohead albums are almost perfect. I prefer Amnesiac and strongly OK Computer, mainly because I love or like very much all songs of them whereas there's one on Kid A that I can't stand : In Limbo.
  13. I sometimes dislike how Jónsi sings in falsetto almost always. I sometimes get sick of it and skip the track.
  14. Yes this is very tough, and I actually can't do it, but the fact is that, IMO, even if it's freaking hard and fast, the solo sounds ugly, so what good is there in managing to do this ? And Eric Clapton plays waaaaaaaaaay faster than Matt, for example.
  15. My BHAR faves : 1 - Knights Of Cydonia 2 - Hoodoo 3 - Soldier's Poem 4 - Glorious 5 - Supermassive Black Hole 5 - Map Of The Problematique (silly title anyway) Don't you find "Map Of The Problematique" is a ridiculous title for a song ?
  16. I'm in, but it's only for the two first points. Matt is no real guitar genius. But he's impressive at the piano.
  17. Pink Floyd
  18. Kraftwerk
  19. Zabriskie Point - Pink Floyd
  20. Well since my library has had a problem a month ago and simply disappeared, this top is not very meaningful... 01 - Rufus Wainwright - The One You Love 02 - Eels - Theme From Blinking Lights 03 - Radiohead - I Want None Of This 04 - Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees 05 - Archive - Finding it So Hard
  21. I can't tell what my favourite Muse album is. Too difficult.
  22. Placebo - Without You I'm Nothing
  23. I've been loving it for a while, so I decided to buy it properly : Placebo - Without You I'm Nothing The title track alone is worth the price of the album.
