Favorite Movie Soundtracks
More, directed by Barbet Shroeder, has the best movie soundtrack ever, composed and performed by Pink Floyd, of course. Other great ones are A Clockwork Orange, Pulp Fiction, 28 Days Later and all Star Wars. And a French movie titled Wasabi, soundtrack by Eric Serra and Julien Schultheis.

Hey, happy B-Day Zorana. And happy anniversary to Arpeggi too !

The Oasis Thread
^ Yeah, I'm not a huge Oasis fan either... But I kinda like Wonderwall (very boring with time though) and Don't Look Back in Anger (really cool actually).

Radiohead
Exactly. At a time, LP was about vinyls running for about an hour, which are albums actually (33,5 t), opposite from short plays (45 t) that would become singles. Something like that.

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
God I prefer the album version a million times. The drum part on the album is sooo good on the album and so shitty live...

Nothing like that. Sorry if I break a dream, but Kangaroo Blues is the title of an unofficial CD (actually the recording of the Sydney Big Day Out 2004). Don't try this hard to find a link between words. It's called Kangaroo Blues just because the concert was in Australia. (Tell me you don't need me to explain what a kangaroo is...) I think I uploaded it some time ago (quite a while, actually), but it's really no cause for attention. It's because it's set in one of the richest areas in Paris (16th area actually). What I try to say is that I would've loved to go in this incredible French stadium to watch Muse : it's like the French Wembley. But the tickets were far too expensive for a poor suburbian like me. Sad but true.- If you could go back in time...
OMG ! Many Pink Floyd concerts : - Mothers (Birmingham) 1969 (actually the one heard on Ummagumma Live) - Any of The Man The Journey tour - Eclipsed (London, 1972) : presentation of Eclipse project (which would become DSOTM) - One of The Wall Tour - P.U.L.S.E (best concert ever) And then, Woodstock, Jimi, Steevie Ray Vaughan, The Beatles, Queen... And Radiohead Glasto '03- Radiohead

Thank you veeeery much Dave. Gosh ! I heard about it just yesterday and now I get it. It went so fast. I wish i could get everything i want so quickly !- Good music is gone.......
^ Agree.- Radiohead
Wow, can't wait !- Radiohead
Well thanks a lot. I'll wait for the MP3 version. Is it good ?- Good music is gone.......
IMO, the 90's and 00's are better decades than the 80's in music. And I mean it. I understand what you think, Sternly, the MTV musical landscape of today is ugly, but if you search harder, you'll find great bands. I'll recommend you these : Archive Venus The Mars Volta Explosions In The Sky And of course Radiohead. If you don't know them, then rush in a store and buy all of their albums, 'coz they're all fantastic. Don't despair. Good music barely survives but is still alive.- Radiohead
^ I do. I really like how the strange-sounding guitar appears at the end of the first chorus. I also love the funk-like ending seguing into In Limbo, though I dislike this song. bedofroses, you rock ! I'm boycotting atease at the time. They're all dumbasses and piss me off. Random P.S. : I'm fond of Like Spinning Plates today. Esp live versions.- Your top 5 current songs
Top 5 songs I'm actually having a crush with today : - Miranda That Ghost Just Isn't Holy Anymore ~ The Mars Volta - Like Spinning Plates ~ Radiohead - Glorious ~ Muse - The One You Love ~ Rufus Wainwright - Don't Look Back In Anger ~ Oasis- The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
^ Ditto.- Radiohead
Radioheaddotcom looks beautiful ! I was sick of the black so-depressed skin. White is cool ! If anyone gets the Big Ask CD, could you please be nice and share it with a poor French guy that can't buy it ? Well, I think in the first waterfall part, he says Let's go down the waterfall Talk about the good times and never look back Never look back That's what I guess I heard, but I'm French, so... I might be wrong :D- Placebo
Exactly the same here ! I adore Without You I'm Nothing (song) and Sleeping With Ghosts is my favourite album from them. However, I love 36 Degrees and Pierrot The Clown.- Favorite Zepp album/song?
Well, since I don't really like Led Zeppelin, i can't choose a favourite album. But I find Stairway To Heaven truly brilliant. It's in fact the only Led Zep song that I like so far. I haven't listened to all of their songs, but the thirty-fifty songs I know by them, I don't like. Still, Stairway To Heaven IS awesome.- Radiohead
Well, the thing I really love in Idioteque is the electronic percussion : you know, it sounds so violent, despite it's electronic (I understand myself)... However, they never reproduced that particular sound live, which makes me sad. I'd say I prefer Idioteque studio. But it depends on which live performance you compare it with, because of the amount of improvisation they're used to doing live on idioteque, along with EIIRP... [...] (And I think I'm starting to find something interesting in Pyramid Song. At last !)- The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
