I'm a little late, but Happy B-Day Chris !

Radiohead
Neither do I. There's a sort of spirit I don't like on atEase : you know, most of them seem to be proud of being Radiohead fans, like it's the only alternative rock band ever...

The Pink Floyd Thread
Linnea, I think that might be good for you, indeed. What's more, the CD + Bonus DVD version's been out for three days by now...

I own all Radiohead albums, plus My Iron Lung EP. *smiles proudly, looking ridiculous*

Best Muse Album
I voted Origin Of Symmetry just because it blew my mind away when I listened to it for the first time, but as a matter of fight, I can't pick one that I love more than any other : I love each one as much as the others

Knights Of Cydonia is finally out ! I'm searching the web for the vinyl Assassin extended version...- Radiohead
You're sooo right my brother !!! @Dave : I would like to exchange my basic Hail To The Thief for yours, but I don't know how. Anyway, do you really want to do that ?- Radiohead
LMAO !!- R.I.P. Real Music
Hohoho, are you having a fight ? Well, I basically don't care about charts, because of reasons Ondes Martenot explained very well, but even if it gives some importance (much more than deserved) to many crap things, sometimes it can show the real talent of some bands, or quality of an album (I think of the wonderful Dark Side Of The Moon). Anyway, if Dave thinks that it kills good music when a stinky disc reaches top of the charts, then music's been dead for a bunch of years I guess ! And when stemot1978 tells that Take That wrote classics, i think you should define a "classic", because if a Boys-Band wrote some classics, then every band probably has its classics, don't you think so ?- Radiohead
OK, this sounds interesting, but why do you wanna swap it ?- Radiohead

Yes, there is a studio version of Dead Star, released on the Dead Star/In Your World single, in support for Hullabaloo. Fury is very good IMO. But I consider it as an Absolution song, simply because it's the Japan extra track on it. Anyway it was released as a B-Side for Sing For Absolution. I uploaded both for you here : Dead Star -> http://rapidshare.com/files/4902118/Dead_Star.mp3 Fury -> http://rapidshare.com/files/4903066/Fury.mp3- What are you listening to RIGHT NOW?
The Offspring - Self-Esteem- Radiohead
For those who don't know Banana Co. Acoustic (my favourite in the two) : http://rapidshare.com/files/4885800/04_Banana_Co..mp3.html- Radiohead
That's right, both Banana Co. and Talk Show Host are terrific. Btw, what's your favourite Banana Co. ? Acoustic or Electric ?- The Pink Floyd Thread
Yeah ! Good to hear that ! (actually to read that...) Another piece of good news : in honour of Syd Barrett, David Gilmour will release this XMas (on the web) and the next day (in the stores) a record titled Arnold Layne EP (for those who don't know, Arnold Layne is the very first non-jam song from Pink Floyd, composed by Syd), which will include : - Two Gilmour Royal Albert Hall live versions, one featuring Richard Wright, and the other David Bowie - An acoustic version of Syd's solo song Dark Globe (absolutely terrific IMO), still by David Gilmour. I think I know what I'm gonna offer myself for Christmas...- Radiohead
DAS updated.- Radiohead
Actually, it's because of a common fact in Japanese consumer society : most of Japanese buyers are fond of "Collector's" stuff : so if you put something telling "Japan Only" on a record, you increase badly your chances to sell it, even to people who already got every song on the CD. That's why Pablo Honey has three Japan Only bonus tracks, The Bends two, and you can find EPs that were only released in Japan, such as Itch or Running From Demons.- Radiohead
The Japanese... They always have bonus stuff on the discs, or even extra-Japan entire discs ! i think I'm jealous. - What are you listening to RIGHT NOW?
