  1. But I disagree! Look how effective Einstein was at advocating non-violent change in the world, for instance. So you will have to become a physicist. :)
  2. You seem poifectly socially ept here, so I think we need the logical intellectual Anna to bring together disparate groups and reconcile problems between them!;)
  3. All is difficult until the mind sees the magic in it all. Before you know it, Trigonometry becomes a breeze, calculus makes sense, and 3-D is a piece of cake. Then there's number theory, statistics, and beyond that, only Anna knows, I surely haven't a clue! :laugh3: U do the math!
  4. E=mC^2, so then m=E*C*C, and since C is fixed, then as E gets greater, mass gets greater and greater. Until the spaceship crushes itself and becomes a black hole, or runs out of fuel. If however .. Still I ponder the meaning of random. Is it the totality of ever increasing systems of order, the sampling of greater and greater states, as described by simultaneous equations? The measure of universal entropy, increases evermore?
  5. :laugh3: Glad all is well at 4:45 AM, you're dog is safe in your arms now!:)
  6. Are you worried the burglars will hurt your dog, or break in, or just worried what they will do? What gives you the impression that burglars are prowling about?:ninja: Best to prepare an escape route, that's one of the best options or so I am told. Grab Toto too if need be. ;)
  7. wherever you go, there you are. I've often wondered, if you erased the borders, what would it feel like going somewhere else? Glad there's differences, keeps the world a flavorful place!:)
  8. Paradise, like Pepperland, may get there, as nothing is either Beetleproof or Coldplayproof! I think it may be time for a Coldplay cartoon. Whaddaya say about that?
  9. Wau, South Sudan.
  10. You're most welcome.:) Either that, or I just made all that up!:laugh3: But some of it is true, mass does increase as you propel your craft faster in space, especially when nearing the speed of light, since light speed is the limit, so then the added energy goes into the mass of the craft (and astronaut). I'd opt for space probes, they don't mind spending years whizzing across the galaxy all alone. ;) (unless it's Marvin).
  11. Light years go by really fast if you take relativity into consideration I think, it's all relative to your perspective, since as you approach the speed of light and get closer to it, one gets very massive; so the years get "heavy" so-to-speak if you want to get there fast! And if you're frozen and un-thawed, it's like instant! I think you just don't quite grasp the gravity of the situation, miss Anna. ;)
  12. Open that mic! Mic check Mic check!:laugh3:
  13. Whatevah, I'm sure it's not that bad, right??:laugh3: Anyhow, RaNdOm ThOuGhTs, if it's 4.19 light years to the next star, what would that be in heavy years?:P And if Chris pulled them down, that would take some incredible gravity, wouldn't it?!
  14. Hello Tyler! :woodstock:? Why the Kendall ref then? lost track of what this is about here.. I must have missed it!
  15. Reminds me of the old coco's semigraphics 12 mode, which created that long, flat pixel look.. The dancing robot as a walking man? hm...

    > Welcome MichaelCM to Coldplaying! Two days of lurking, that probably a new minimum lurking time!:laugh3: Wow, South Florida sounds about as close to paradise as I can imagine - temps here will be hovering around 17F at night, which is actually:thinking:... normal! Speed of sound is pretty cool, having a great resonant quality and drive. U2 are musical maestros as well as heart-messengers, good choice as well!! Keep keen on debate, we need good debaters to run for public office, and turn this world around!!;)
  17. Glad to have so wonderful a seahorse to swim about in this tidal pool!:) And the seahorses danced with the starfishes, and all was well in the undersea kingdom!:crown::mudkip:
  18. "Congress and the States shall have the power to regulate and set limits on all election contributions and expenditures, including a candidate's own spending and to authorize the establishment of political committees to receive, spend, and publicly disclose the sources of those contributions and expenditures." >>Clearly, this is the core matter, the power to regulate and limit election contributions is the central issue, someone has to reign in the buying of elected officials, and make our vote count! The right to fair elections, the right by which honest governance and thus protections for all other rights we possess, is safeguarded by fair and regulated candidate financing. As this next election season heats up, keep you eyes on the prize - our voices will be heard when our candidates work for all of us. Campaign equity is the remedy.
  19. Welcome Michelle! Ah, yes, the Paradise video - what a great place to film it!! Cheers and Happy New Years to you!:sunny::flutterby::sunny:
  20. Welcome to ColdplayingMiia!:) Seahorses are beautiful creatures, and truly related to Coldplay, since one of the band's first names was Starfish. :sunny::mudkip: > New experiences are naturally a bit of a surprise, glad you like the changes that cam about! Glad you could join in the fun here at the inn!;)
  21. > That's great!! ;) 42 the magic number.:hat::) > Yay!! It's Fiesta time for New Years!!:sunny::jester::sombrero::jester::sunny: > Chipped by the police? Pardon moi? :inquisitive: I knew a stunt driver for the TV series Chips, is that what you mean?:P Or did they bump into you?:laugh3:
  22. Welcome, it's a wide open field here, all frequencies of the spectrum, yes!~~~~~~~~~~~:)
  23. Oh, so that's what it's all about! :stunned::cool: I've heard the stories too around here - when divers go down to work on the hydro dam, in the deepest parts there are these monster fish, really scared the cr** out of them!:laugh3: They're like vacuum cleaners, eating all the other fish in the flowage, but nobody ever catches them! Maybe we should get this British guy here to go fishing for one?? Probably best chance in spring, when the water warms a bit - they go to sleep this time of year.. I was picturing some sort of horror film or something, like the creature from the black lagoon! ;)
  24. So I put it in here, because that's truly being random!:P Is anyone else in my tree:stunned:? just one squirrel at a time I suppose.:laugh3:
