i don't really make friends easily...it's something that i've always had trouble with. i never really had so many friends...just a few, but those few were pretty good ones...

ooof! tough one!! yeah, i understand what you mean. it'll be really cool but you're not really sure if your should. well, think about it a little and see if what you really think deep down about seeing him. ask others of their opinions too but at the end of the day just know that it's your choice...their opinions will only help you in understanding why you should/shouldn't see him. you've also got to make it clear to him that you only want to be friends...nothing more.
