Oh wow that's adorable, Grace! Hmm, perhaps a cami underneath? Maybe a different color but it in that romantic, victorian-era palette, like a light pink or cream. You can wear it with jeans or if you want to wear it as a dress maybe layer a sleeveless solid tunic underneath? Ooooh that is tough, as both colors are nice. But I've always loved how blue dress shirts looked, so I guess I'd pick that. :D
